We loved staying at the Astoria Galilee The place was spotless! Even though it was off season they used a machine to clean the pool, so that the guests whose rooms faced the pool would have a nice view. There is a private parking lot with plenty of room ttyo park. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but is walking distance ftom dozens of eateries. The boardwalk is only a 15 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great! There were plenty of towels, little shampoos, soap dispensers near the sink and in the bathtub. There was an restriction kettle and tea and coffee plus a fridge in each room. We were very comfortable. The place has a family inn feel, the staff care, there is a piano in the lobby, a library corner, a little garden etc. The price was fantastic! We would definitely come again!

The hotel is designed beautifully and located in marveless area. Unfortunately , the facilities are closed at 19:00 such as the pool and gym, No extra entertainment in the evenings and not enough lessens are offered such as yoga and more, the rooms are not well cleaned (for example, a lot of dust on the ceiling fan) and the parking area is not well managed (we arrivrd in thr evening, it was very cold and we had to park far and walk far)

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, et il est très confortable pour les visites de l'hôtel. Le personnel de la chambre est très efficace, agréable et utile.

The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel. However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that.

L'hôtel est l'un des plus beaux hôtels de cette zone  È l'un des trois seuls biens de la rivière de cette zone tandis que le petit déjeuner et la nourriture sont OK encore rien à comparer aux cinq hôtels étoiles de Jérusalem sont nettoyés quotidiennement l'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine et spa

The Leonardo Club hotel was well located and I was pleased to have a great view of the Sea of Galilee from my window. The food was in plentiful supply and there was a very good variety including things for vegans and vegetarians. The room was comfortable and clean. Service was good although not outstanding as had to ask for my room to be cleaned when it had not been done by 3 pm. Facilities on offer are good for families.

L'hôtel a été très belle décorée pour l'année nouvelle. Ils étaient prêts. petit déjeuner était vraiment bon.service bon. Je peux recommander à tous les voyageurs nazaires

La chambre est belle et bonne. Tiberias est très recommandée.

Le service est à revoir La plage en face de l’hôtel n’est pas du tout adapté et n’est pas propre

以色列預訂酒店請注意逼坑：我們預定的是2間豪華雙人房，但每個房間都衹寫了一個人的名字，沒想到酒店前台說如果是住2個人必須再多付一份房費，即使夫妻也得這樣。我們解釋在中國攜程平台預訂，雙人房寫一個人名字是能住2人，其他國家也可以，另外平台沒有備註說明雙人房必須寫2人名字。酒店根本不接受解釋，說這是以色列的規定，必須遵守。我們電話攜程，客服態度非常好，一直在想辦法同酒店溝通、幫我們想各種解決方案，但酒店態度強硬，房間裏想多住一人必須增加費用1100元，考慮到我們入住已晚，每個房間可以優惠掉300元，被我們拒絕，僵持不下時攜程建議我們先補差1600元住進去，後續她們和國外負責酒店預訂的第三方協商，再幫我們申請退回一部分費用。回到上海，就收到攜程信息，一共退回900元，等於每個房間自己補貼350元，攜程還是給力的，好評！房間設施比較舊，有陽台能看到海景不錯，但對於我們晚住進去，一早就出發的人來說升級海景房意義不大。
