Location is convenient but the facilities are a bit outdated.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

Hyatt est le meilleur hôtel de Ludhiana. L'emplacement est très bon. Il est adjacent à un centre commercial et ne peut pas s'adapter à la cuisine indienne. Vous pouvez aller dans ce centre commercial pour manger KPF ou McDonald's. Eh bien, y compris le personnel de sécurité à l'entrée est poli. Nous avons loué une voiture de l'hôtel à l'aéroport et le responsable du hall était toujours avec nous devant la porte jusqu'à l'arrivée de la voiture, et nous avons également délibérément apporté des bouteilles d'eau minérale. gratitude sincère. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

We booked 2 rooms and are very happy with the stay. Breakfast is good also despite not a very big spread. Complimentary airport shuttle is available.

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

La cote cinq étoiles en Inde est presque la même que la cote trois étoiles en Chine, mais elle est plus acceptable en Inde.

Amazing stay! Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable  Breakfast had a good selection of food Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.  Hotel was clean  Thank you for a wonderful stay and big thank you to all the staff!
