The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnellement copieux et offrait un choix immense. Le seul bémol est l'emplacement : un peu isolé, loin de l'aéroport, de la gare et des attractions touristiques, et l'attente du bus peut être assez longue. Le service était excellent et les chambres spacieuses.

das Hotel entspricht den Standards von Hilton, die beiden Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist gross und schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Lecce, bis zum Meer. Leider mussten wir über 80€ zusätzlich zahlen, da anscheinend bei der Buchung (von 2 Zimmer) nur eine Person angegeben wurde 🤓, soll ich die Zimmer selber belegen ? so hat uns die Übernachtung einiges mehr gekostet als wenn wir direkt bei Hilton gebucht hätten und da wäre das Frühstück inklusive gewesen, so hat es nochmals 50€ gekostet.

An Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay. There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy. Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

Hôtel vieillot, entretien moyen. Heureusement, l'eau chaude et la pression sont suffisantes. Il est situé juste derrière la gare, ce qui me permet de prendre le train pour visiter l'Italie. Nombreux voyageurs d'affaires. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé, et on entend clairement tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté et dans le couloir. Il n'y a pas assez de personnel pour le petit-déjeuner, mais il y a beaucoup de clients pour le dîner.

The location is right on the waters edge, with the perfect day beds to enjoy the ocean front. The room is very generous in size, although we had ongoing issues with the airconditioning and it may be an Aussie thing - but no iron and only the option to wait 24 hrs for “laundry” if you needed anything pressed as it’s deemed a “health issue” to have one in the room. (Not ideal when you’re living out of a suitcase.) The Hotel prides itself on ‘being green’, but it just felt like that was an excuse to cut corners on the what they offer. The bikes on offer - were more like they were picked up from a thrift shop - but worked for a morning to travel a little further around the corner. Be sure to enjoy the insane sunsets!

Vraiment bon et superbe séjour, vérifiez par Mme Chiamaka laver superbe avec vraiment bonne attention professionnelle. Le meilleur endroit pour être à Malte, très très fantastique jeune atmosphère dans un magnifique environnement. Très inhabituel lobby mais vraiment confortable et actif pour tous les clients, un bon bar et un superbe restaurant. Très bonne zone partout avec activité nocturne et moins de 50 mètres de la mer. Plusieurs types de restaurants , y compris le très célèbre Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Chains de Malte ) Cinema, Bowling et Night Clubs, bars et restaurants partout et très bons centres commerciaux

Struttura non molto vicina alla centro città, comoda nei parcheggi . Un attenzione particolare va data alla colazione varia e abbondante sia per la scelta che per la qualità della pasticceria. Il Personale di Sala e alla reception sono un elemento per ritornarci

Splendido week end in una gran bella città che non conoscevo. Hotel praticamente nel piazzale antistante la stazione. Struttura che ha mantenuto gli standard classici ben curati. Hall spaziosissima e con vari ambienti con salottini con arredamenti classici. Stanza spaziosa con ambiente separato guardaroba e bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Colazione continentale ben assortita. La scelta è stata dettata dalla vicinanza con la stazione FS ma dovessi tornare a Lecce è qui che tornerei. Personale cordiale gentile e professionale. Qualità prezzo convenienza: eccellente. Definitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!
