Très bon service. La chambre dispose d'un immense écran plasma et d'un lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner propose un large choix de plats et de boissons. De plus, nous avons été invités à une collation gratuite à 17h00, où nous pouvions boire de l'alcool et manger des collations gratuitement. Spa avec une vue magnifique sur les baies de Kotor. L’un des inconvénients du sauna le premier jour était la basse température, ils ont demandé de le rendre plus fort, mais ils ne l’ont pas augmenté au-dessus de 65 degrés. Le lendemain, la température atteignait 80 degrés.

I recently stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the bay, which made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the dining options. The restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a perfect start to each day. However, one minor issue was that the hammam was not fully functional during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing session. Despite this, the rest of the wellness facilities were excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, Hotel Palma in Tivat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

It's a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are nicely equipped, with the hotel's fitness concept... The breakfast was amazing, and the fitness, wellness, and social spaces were high-end! , I think it's perfect for a working holiday, where you just want to have a fitness concept included. On the other hand, the hotel has very pricey parking; they made us feel they were a bit cheap on us in the welcoming, and in general, I would say that the staff are nice, but very cold. Overall, it was perfect for young stylish vibes, just be aware of this little grain of salt if you choose this hotel. oh and the photos of the rooms are real, they do look that good :)

Замечательная гостиница! Всё супер чисто. Сервис на высшем уровне. Просторный номер с мини-кухней. Кофе-машина с хорошим кофе в капсулах, микроволновая печь и варочная панель(индукционная), но посуды нет. Бассейн крытый не очень большой, сауны работают отлично. Всё очень чисто в СПА зоне. Вполне достаточный спортивный зал со всем необходимым. Завтрак в гостинице на пять с плюсом! Очень вкусно!!!

Красивый небольшой отель с хорошим расположением и сервисом. Нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера в честь моего Дня рождения. А также поздравили десертом 🫶🏻. В отеле есть небольшой СПА. Вечером было здорово погреться в сауне и хамаме, и поплавать в бассейне. Сервис очень доброжелательный, сотрудники говорят на английском и русском. Есть бесплатная парковка 👍🏻.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. La chambre sera nettoyée pour vous tous les jours aussi propre qu'à votre premier enregistrement. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue commerçante où vous pourrez faire du shopping. La porte arrière de l'hôtel se trouve au port où vous pourrez faire du shopping. peut voir de nombreux yachts amarrés.

訂的半海景房，但是入住時給了2樓完全看不到任何海景。通過攜程協調了給了最高樓層。太美了 。酒店地處位置優越 推窗看海景遊艇。步行可到富人聚集區。黑山唯一奢侈品品牌聚集區。早餐點餐自助。非常豐盛擺盤考究。總結一點，海外酒店一定不要吝嗇提出要求，維護自己權益。

L'hôtel est très proche de la mer, à 1 minute à pied, vous pouvez aller à la mer à tout moment. La mer n'est pas une plage de sable, mais de galets, et elle est limpide. Entourez un endroit près de l'hôtel balnéaire où vous pourrez vous baigner en toute sécurité. Le bar en bord de mer se trouve également dans l'hôtel, et vous pouvez manger des deux côtés. Mais vous devez payer la facture le jour même ? Vous ne pouvez pas raccrocher le compte de la maison en disant que vous devez effacer le compte tous les jours ? Les chambres sont moyennes et délabrées, mais elles sont fondamentalement moyennes là-bas ? Au début, la serrure de la porte de la pièce était cassée et elle ne pouvait pas être verrouillée de l'intérieur. J'ai trouvé la réception et j'ai changé de chambre. Cela semblait être une mise à niveau accidentelle? Dans l'après-midi, j'ai demandé à la réception de m'aider à appeler un taxi, mais je n'ai pas appelé pendant une demi-heure. L'attitude de la réception n'est-elle pas très bonne ? Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre, avec peu de choix. Le WIFI n'est parfois pas disponible, et il n'est pas aussi rapide que de se déplacer à l'étranger en 4G. Sauf que l'environnement est satisfaisant, tout le reste est moyen. Ne vivra plus la prochaine fois. Va changer à un autre endroit.
