If it were well maintained, it would actually be nice. There’s a corridor where you can relax and enjoy the breeze, but it feels a bit creepy. It’s an old apartment. The bedsheets had an old smell. The bed was big, but it made spring noises whenever you moved. It was hard to sleep well. Felt like something out of a horror movie. The bathroom was also old—not very clean. The fridge was broken. The lights were very dim. Overall, I don't recommend these apartments. The hotel rooms might be okay though. Breakfast so so je. X banyak pilihan.

I booked a studio room for my parents and family room for my own. Both type of rooms are spacious and overlooking the sea. The view in the morning and evening are breathtakingly stunning as you get to watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfortable couch in the living room through the full view wimdows. The amneties provided in both the studio and famiky room are top notch. Great place to unwind and relax in peace.

J'ai adoré la piscine chauffée et je voulais l'essayer, mais elle était en maintenance, ce qui nous a empêchés de l'essayer. J'étais un habitué de l'Ion Delemens avant de réserver sur Trip.com, donc je préférerai certainement séjourner à l'Ion Majestic, car il est plus facile d'accès qu'à l'Ion Delemens. La vue est superbe, mais n'étant pas du matin, je n'apprécierais pas les rideaux lumineux le matin. En résumé, 5/5.

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Excellent service de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel, très accueillante et serviable ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer était agréable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de cuisines, et j'apprécie particulièrement le fait qu'ils proposent des kuihs malaisiens, un vrai moment de nostalgie ! Le service en chambre est un peu cher, mais il en vaut la peine. La plage et la piscine sont également propres. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour très agréable et relaxant.

La dernière minute réservée.. Mon enfant aime tellement. La piscine est bonne pour les enfants.Le repas était délicieux et de nombreuses options. L'hôtel doit améliorer la propreté des toilettes et le système d'évacuation.

The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)

L'hôtel est relativement ancien. Les deux grandes et deux petites chambres sont assez spacieuses. La plupart du personnel de service de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen et le buffet du dîner était encore pire. Mais la victoire, ce sont les paysages époustouflants. Il n'y a pas de forfait. Il y a un bureau de service d'excursions dans le hall de l'hôtel, nous pouvons donc être économes. Nous avons fait une excursion en bateau de six heures pour 750 MYR, ce qui, personnellement, me semble une bonne affaire. J'ai aussi eu la chance de voir une tortue.
