Once we realised we were unable to attend the hotel, we offered it to my sister and the hotel disallowed to change names despite contacting them 1 month earlier. We paid for the hotel and wanted to get my family member to check in on behalf, despite doing what they had asked us to do 2 days earlier, wrote an authorisation letter and we were told to do it again on the check-in day. All they was to allow the change of main customer's name. We understood if it was a redemed room, strict control is necessary to prevent abuse. BUT WE PAID FOR THE ROOM. Inflexible management and rules.

C'est bien de se détendre et de jouer avec votre téléphone portable. Il y avait du savon et des serviettes dans la chambre. Bien sûr, vous pouvez apporter le vôtre car First World est un vieil hôtel.

Hôtel meilleur et confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse. La vue est magnifique. Juste brumeux. Le processus d'enregistrement et de départ est simple et rapide. Aucun dépôt requis. Le personnel est également très sympathique. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement, pas besoin de se battre pour le premier arrivé, premier servi. Hôtel proche de Kea Farm, Butterfly Park, Sheep Farm. Vous pouvez marcher depuis l'hôtel. La piscine n'est pas si grande. Mais les enfants peuvent prendre un bain s'ils veulent. La prochaine fois, tu pourras répéter

One of my most visited hotels in Genting, definitely is Scapes Hotel. I love the environment and lovely pool side dining area. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the sound proof system.

Everything is good, about Swiss Belhotel Kuantan; most importantly the breakfast buffet was a good spread with a variety of dishes and affordable price.Another plus is that the beach is just behind the hotel. Finally, appreciation goes to Puan Amy at the reception who made the stay worthwhile as she was very accomodative. She changed my room from the 12th floor to 26th floor in which the view was breahtaking. Good location too.

We drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable. Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning. Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

Misleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated ”breakfast for two” under dining and ALSO INCLUDED ”grab and go at cheeky grind”. when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

First time check in here.. everything was ok n the safety was superb.. i had a room with a nice view really enjoyed the view.. the only thing was during the check in time the que was too long and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our turn to check in.. other than that everything was fine..

Petit-déjeuner buffet était attendu pour le prix payé. Bad points - Chambre petit. Avoir une fenêtre pleine de longueur face à un autre bloc de chambres. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de verre. Aircon n'était pas froid - réveil quelques fois se sentant chaud. Impossible de contrôler l'aircon. Mat de bain n'a pas été fourni. Le papier est ensuite vidé depuis des mois.

I was upgraded to their sister hotel next door, the Wyndham Ion Majestic, as a selected customer. The view from the parking lot in the morning was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. ❤️

Everything was good. 👍 but checkout time very early. Should be 12-12.30pm better. Parking have to pay rm20. Checkin and checkout counter at car park 😂. Parking & room are separate building. Have to walk to another building with your luggage and so on. Road to this building not good. Many loop. Deposit rm200.

Had a good stay here. Love everything about the room. Especially the bed and shower. The room is very well maintained. View is great when there is no mist. Location wise it is near to sky avenue. Service wise, there was a miss and the rest was a hit. Check in/key collection staff can be trained to provide better service. Housekeeping staff were great. Always greeting us and flashing a smile. There was also a front desk staff who helped with our luggage during check out.

Everything was superb. Except for the aircond. We were sweating badly at night. Me and my husband couldn’t sleep at all during 2nd night. Super duper hot. Cannot adjust the thermostat. They mentioned in the website there was a bathrobe but no bathrobe prepared in the room💆🏻♀️

Cleanliness: I would rate the cleanliness a 2 due to the poor maintenance and housekeeping. None of the electrical outlets were functioning properly, and there was a noticeable electrical sound. For those traveling with children, please be extra cautious. During our sightseeing trip from 1 pm to 10 pm, we returned to find the towels we had used earlier that morning, wet and folded on the table instead of being replaced with fresh ones. Additionally, our used cup had not been washed and was left untouched. Location & Amenities: The location was great, and the kids had a fantastic time, especially in the pool area. The pool is spacious, clean, and convenient for parents to relax while their kids enjoy themselves. The surrounding environment is excellent and truly mesmerizing. We were happy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves—it was incredibly calming. The seaside area is ideal for large family gatherings or company events, with plenty of space available. Service: I would rate the Front Office Staff at 4, especially Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat, who were very helpful. However, I had a negative experience with Ms. Y (name withheld), who was unhelpful and lacked empathy. We were planning to shorten our stay from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night due to heavy rainfall, flooding in some areas, and car issues. We asked her at the front desk, after consulting Trip.Com, if we could shorten our stay. Instead of showing understanding, she kept saying she couldn't assist and that the Manager on Duty was unavailable. She directed us to deal with Trip.Com the following day, which we understood. However, when I asked if, in case Trip.Com approved our request, we could check out later (around 1 or 2 pm), she refused. She claimed they couldn’t offer a late check-out as the hotel was fully booked. I was shocked, as I was giving up an extra night and yet wasn’t granted even a late check-out at 12:30 pm, and yet she was mentioned it will be chargeable. To my surprise, I later checked online and saw plenty of rooms available and an empty pool. This was disappointing. Just imagine, i am planning to give away my extra night and when i wasnt able to get a slightly late check out due to fully booked ? what ridiculous is this ? IF, we requested late check out on the actual check out date, i totally understand . But this is another way round and she left me speechless. On a positive note, Mr. Aftar, Mr. Azlan, and Mr. Rahmat were understanding and helpful. Despite not asking for much, their suggestions, empathy, and sincerity made a significant difference in our stay. It was because of them that we decided to continue our stay and cancel our initial plans. A big thank you to them for their kindness and helpfulness, always checking in to see if we needed assistance and offering thoughtful suggestions. Overall Experience: Our overall stay was very good and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and the sightseeing views. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea, providing a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks also to the IRD staff at the restaurant for kindly helping us store our frozen food.

C'est la première fois que je suis resté ici avec ma famille. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La piscine pour enfants était très amusante avec les glisses et l'eau. Nous avons aussi dû aller à la plage. Le petit déjeuner était bon, il avait une variété de nourriture et tout était délicieux. nous venons de découvrir qu'il y avait un club de enfants le dernier jour , et nous avons besoin de porter un sock pour entrer dans la zone de jeux intérieurs.

Went to kuantan for friend wedding and I chose AV hotel. Clean room, everything is perfect and good. Recommended to everyone. Hotel located at town, around 10-15 minutes from Teluk Cempedak.

Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

Le personnel est amiable la taille de la chambre était moyenne, j'ai commandé 'mee goreng mamak' (service de la chambre), attendant que la nourriture était fraîche et chaude, mais ...it juste moyenne, bonne position, facile à trouver la nourriture locale. J'ai réservé 1 chambre avec 2 chambres, Ils donnent 2 cartes d'accès une pour la porte principale, une autre pour la chambre de maître, mais je ne me suis pas senti comme il n'était pas convenable pour la famille, puisque vous allez retourner et sortir d'une chambre à l'autre.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. La chambre: La gestion de l'hôtel pense probablement que la décoration de la journée des années 1980 est un point de vente. Sauf pour le compte-gouttes, le reste conserve encore son établissement 80: garde-robe louvre, console centrale du coucher à côté de la lit avec commutateurs de rocker, couvercle sur les feuilles (non quilt), plancher (non marqué) de salle de bain, lit reine (non roi). Ils essaient de garder la propreté mais les peintures permanentes sur les chaises, les moules autour du vent de climatisation, la peinture de meubles, le linge sur le mur de la salle de bains sont hors de la routine du ministère de la garde-fous; tout le lieu a besoin d'un changement sérieux.
