Value for money stay with an amazing view. The hotel is a bit worn down and you can tell it’s not the newest property around, but honestly for the price paid, it’s totally fine. The scenery and view really make up for it — definitely the highlight of the stay. If you’re looking for a luxury modern hotel this might not be it, but if you just want a comfortable stay with a beautiful view without spending too much, this place is worth considering.

Overall, everything was very good and satisfying, except for the pizza I had by the beach, which had a hair in it. Someone did come and replace it with a new pizza, but the time taken to prepare the replacement was very long, to the point that I had already lost my mood to enjoy the pizza. The first time I ordered, the food arrived very quickly, but when they replaced it, I had to wait for quite a long time. This was very disappointing.

The environment is pleasant, and the location is convenient as it is situated in front of a mall. The room is also spacious. However, the housekeeping aspect is somewhat unsatisfactory. Although housekeeping is provided daily, the cleaning appears to be minimal. The floor is neither swept nor vacuumed, resulting in dust accumulation. In addition, the management should pay closer attention to the condition of the rooms. In my case, the bathroom door hinge was almost detached, which could pose a safety risk to guests. I hope these matters can be improved in the future.

The hotel’s overall environment was clean, calm, and well maintained. The lobby had a simple yet elegant design, creating a relaxing atmosphere without feeling overcrowded or overly formal. It is the kind of hotel that feels practical for both business and leisure travellers. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby food outlets, shops, and key areas around Kuantan. This made moving around much easier and helped make the short stay more enjoyable. The room was one of the highlights of the stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well arranged. The bed was cosy and provided a good night’s rest. The pillows and bedding were soft, fresh, and suitable for a relaxing overnight stay. The room design was simple but functional, with enough space to move around comfortably. Everything felt neat and properly prepared before arrival, which showed that the housekeeping team had done a good job. The bathroom was also clean and practical. The water pressure was good, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. There were no major issues, and the room felt properly maintained throughout the stay. Another positive point was the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.

located about a 12 minute drive away from 1st world genting navigating isolated roads that connects to the ion garden areas. parking easy to navigate, drove up to the first floor and parked there with no hassle at all, went to check in on the G floor smoothly into a room that was no satisfactory (corner room) overlooking to the other corner of the building, due to my religious beliefs I had to haggle for a different room that's the same sizing as my attained one (similar pricing) superior king room.... front house handled it perfectly, I made a mistake for not getting her name for a recommendation but it's what anyone would expect from a 5 star establishment, professionalism.....she wears glasses and has dyed reddish tied hair she arranged me to a room (floor 38) with a balcony view that overlooked the hills surrounding the genting highland area, briefed me about the amenities that the hotel provides and plus clearly instructed on how I can park for free within the premises room was amazing, splendid view, showers were clean with optimal water pressure, tv worked as it should connected to my phone via screen cast, Mini bar...well...it's just there if u need it for the breakfast however, wide selection, like any buffet breakfast you'd get at such establishment, but nothing too good nor nothing bad can be mentioned. good view tho if seated around the windows for a view while eating the meal, sufficient space for a crowd, doesn't get too cramped amenities however, couldn't really say much, they have a pool and a small heated pool, didn't use it as it was crowded with foreign nationals (came in tour buses) that aren't rather hygienically taking care of the premises several meeting rooms and a gym, (necessary equipped for the gym), kids playroom... rather small..but I can't imagine a kid at this era would spent time in a playroom much rather than on their smartphones

The place itself is nice, and the unit is very spacious — definitely suitable for a big family. We enjoyed the stay overall because the house was comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing at first. We initially went to a different receptionist because we thought it was the correct one, but apparently they were from a different company. We were quite surprised to find out that we had to collect the key from the MyNews store, where someone was waiting there. Honestly, it felt a little suspicious at first because 3 days before our stay, I had a few questions to ask but the contact number provided couldn’t be reached at all, and nobody replied. When we arrived during the rain and went to the wrong place to collect the key, we kept calling and trying to find someone but couldn’t get through. Luckily, we eventually figured it out. The unit also had a washing machine, but unfortunately it wasn’t usable. We also had some difficulty entering the unit at first because the key card didn’t detect properly. My suggestion would be to provide an active contact number that guests can easily reach and clearer instructions on where and how to collect the key, especially if calls are difficult to answer. That would make the overall experience much smoother.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves
