On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le service est très attentionné et le personnel est très aimable. Les trois repas par jour sont délicieux. Deux labradors vous tiendront compagnie pendant les repas au premier étage : de parfaits compagnons de table ! L’hôtel propose également un service de location de voitures, très pratique.

L'hôtel est situé dans une excellente position près de l'aéroport. Il est un hôtel moderne qui est propre et dispose d'excellentes installations. Cependant, les services au bureau de réception et au restaurant Koriko & Co sont 4-Stars. La réception est toujours encombrée et vous attendez beaucoup de temps pour que le personnel vous assiste. Le restaurant et les variétés sont excellents; je mange principalement les plats locaux (je mange le petit déjeuner quotidien et je mange le dîner plusieurs soirs avec des amis et des parents), et mes bouffes de goût Lagos peuvent détecter les jours où les goûts de la nourriture sont supérieurs (devront être les différents chefs) par rapport aux autres jours les repas étaient chauds et délicieux. Deborah est une vraie bijoux et ajoutera une valeur immense à la marque de l'hôtel; son puff-puff est un parfait 10/10.

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

L'hôtel est immaculat. L'équipe est extrêmement amical et respectueux. Tout hôtel inclus avec 3 repas par jour et eau bouteille gratuite. Le restaurant a de la nourriture incroyable si vous le souhaitez au lieu du buffet gratuit. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres. Les salles et la réception sont extrêmement propres. La vue sur l'eau dehors du restaurant est belle. La piscine est un plus. La seule chose que je changerais est les 2 pas de l'ascenseur. Très facile à glisser et à tomber sur.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

La chambre est bonne, la grande et propre. La seule chose que je peux faire est de déposer un téléphone portable. Je ne sais pas si c'est une eau salée.

I booked a room here at short notice and was amazed by the speedy response from the team. They were able to arrange pick up from the airport when I arrived in Nigeria a day from completing the booking. Pick up from the airport was prompt with the driving personnel maintaining contact from the point of booking before I arrived in Nigeria to the point I got into the car. The manager greeted me on arrival and via email with details of facilities available at the hotel including how to access WiFi. I was impressed by how seamless and efficient the whole process was compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for my trip, and the facilities and amenities met a good standard. The staff (although some have attitude issues) were also polite and welcoming throughout my stay. However, guests (particularly non national) should be cautious when requesting services or ordering food, as pricing are inflated, inconsistent and significantly higher than what’s stipulated on the menu. I would strongly recommend checking the menu carefully and comparing prices with nearby hotels or service providers before making purchases to avoid being overcharged. This is also applicable outside the hotel.
