Hotel is decent and I love the vibe. It has a unique design that reminds me of Boracay. The view is wonderful, the pool is one of the best in La Union, and the rooms are beautiful—honestly close to a 5-star experience. The rooms also have a work desk and complete amenities. I especially loved the lotion. I also want to say that I don’t like leaving reviews just to talk badly about people. These are really just rooms for improvement for the staff and also a caution for people booking, because I value both. I actually love this hotel and we are definitely coming back. I also really appreciated the customer service in this hotel. The guards, bell boys, and front desk staff were all good, responsive, and helpful. If I remember names, I always include them in reviews because good service deserves to be recognized. However, the restaurant service could still improve. You often have to tell them what to do before they do it. Food was fine though—decent compared to some overpriced hotels in La Union. One thing I really didn’t appreciate was being charged ₱200 for a missing teaspoon. We checked our bags thoroughly and are 100% sure we didn’t take it. It felt extremely overpriced for a teaspoon, but we just wanted to leave already, so I agreed to the charge. I’d suggest taking a video of everything in the room upon check-in and another before check-out, just to make sure you won’t get charged for any “missing” items. A few other things I noticed: I really disliked the shampoo because it dried my hair out badly. The pool water tasted like saltwater mixed with chlorine and also dried out my skin. The towels smelled strongly of bleach, which I personally didn’t appreciate, since that feels like another toxic exposure. We also occasionally noticed a septic tank smell in the bathroom—not too bad, but still noticeable. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, and we would still come back. I just hope these concerns can be improved.

Les options pour le petit déjeuner sont limitées 4/4 petit déjeuner à 6:10 AM, avec beaucoup de plats manquants. 4/5 Petit déjeuner Tout est bien 2. La salle de bains dispose d'une très petite quantité d'eau, avec de l'eau chaude qui se déplace entre froid et chaud. 3. Vérifiez à 9 h 55 et laissez-moi rester pendant 30 minutes. Il n'y a qu'un contre-attaché. Il est très déductible de ne pas voir d'autres personnes aider. Les avantages sont écrits par beaucoup d'entre eux et par deux. Les garçons sont très gentils, les vents, les vents. Défauts 1. Petit-déjeuner, peu de choix. 4/4 Petit-déjeuner 6:10 entrez pour manger. Tho the beach is unavailable due to soil erosion, we still manage to enjoy the place bc of the cozy vibes it offers. What makes me happier is that all the staffs were so friendly and accomodating.

We had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler.

it was such a nice experience staffs. glad we chose this hotel for a staycation. breakfast menu was very nice not to stimulating but have a variety of quality options. you will not go hungry as the vacinity offers a variety of restaurants and cafe also a conveniently located mall in front of the hotel itself. the staffs are accomodating and very friendly.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

Bon hôtel ... Le problème est qu'ils n'ont pas de place de stationnement prioritaire ou désignée pour les clients qui ont été check-in. Pour être spécifique : ils ont des parkings à côté et à l'entrée malheureusement si ils ont des événements ou des fonctions il est tout occupé par des clients non-inscription, ce qui devient votre problème, car vous devez garer le long de la route principale sans L'événement doit être terminé à 11h30 pm-12 mn pour parker votre véhicule dans leur zone d'emballage. Ived s'est plaint de cela, espérant qu'ils pourront y chercher la convenance de l'hôte d'entrée qui souhaiterait se reposer après un voyage de jour entier.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec fenêtre. Mais quand je suis arrivée, on a voulu me donner une chambre sans fenêtre. J'ai protesté énergiquement et j'ai alors obtenu une chambre avec une fenêtre mais qui ne s'ouvre pas. La chambre est triste et la salle de bain très mal commode, trop petite, avec une mauvaise douche. Je trouve le prix excessif pour ces médiocres prestations.
