Très bon et très spécial. Il y a du café dans le salon toute la journée. Il y a du macaron la nuit! La chambre est propre et a une très bonne humeur du sud. La position du transport est également relativement pratique. Dans l'ensemble, il est recommandé

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont assez spacieuses et confortables, mais comparées aux hôtels étoilés haut de gamme, les prestations sont moyennes et le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas mauvais. Il convient aux voyages en famille !

Le service à l'hôtel était bon l'hôtel était autour de tous les endroits où manger la chambre était si propre Quand je reviendrai à la Nouvelle-Orléans, je vais réserver le même hôtel

L'hôtel est juste au dessus du casino. Inutile de dire que c'est magnifique. Il suffit de manger, de boire et de s'amuser au casino, mais la circulation pour aller ailleurs est un problème. Vous devez conduire par vous-même.

Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et passer du temps seul. J'aimerais qu'ils nettoient le sol à fond car mes pieds se salissent.

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

After a change of plans we ended up with an extra night in New Orleans before flying out, so we chose to stay near to the airport to make the following day easier. We caught the airport bus 202, which we had taken from the airport to downtown 3 days earlier, which dropped us on Veterans memorial Blvd. From there it was a 10 min walk to Comfort Inn. There are not many facilities nearby, but the hotel has snacks etc for sale, and a good breakfast included. The room was roomy and clean. The TV had Netflix and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing that evening. If you stayed at this hotel, it would be very easy to take the bus (202 or E1) into New Orleans for sightseeing. We took the free shuttle to the airport the next day. This is a great hotel and is well connected to the city and airport by shuttle, bus and Uber.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument génial dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : la propreté des chambres était irréprochable, la literie très confortable, ce qui m’a permis de profiter d’un sommeil de qualité. L’accueil était professionnel et chaleureux, et chaque détail était soigné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où se sentir bien et se reposer pleinement.
