Cet hôtel est situé à seulement 1,6 km de l'aéroport international de Seattle-Tacoma, ce qui le rend très pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Il existe un service de navette aéroport, donc même les vols tôt le matin se sont déroulés sans stress.

La chambre était spacieuse et avait un design moderne et un intérieur relaxant. Il y avait un lit confortable, des draps de qualité et toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je pouvais voir la vue sur la ville depuis la fenêtre et les lumières de la ville étaient magnifiques la nuit.

Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et les formalités d'enregistrement et de départ ont été rapides et fluides. Le personnel de nettoyage a fait du bon travail et les chambres étaient toujours propres et confortables.

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

Le contrôle de l'agent était étonnant..
Le mari est resté dans l'ascenseur pendant 20 minutes, personne n'a aidé jusqu'à ce que je me suis monté du 5ème étage au lobby avec mon bébé et mon estomac enceinte.
Beau hôtel et emplacement est étonnant
La chambre était un peu sur le saleté de l'autre côté
Les petits fruits volant dans le bassin , les poules étaient sales quelques lumières ne fonctionnaient pas
Il n'y avait pas vraiment de soucis de ces choses avant qu'on ait dit à l'hôtel que cet incident de l'ascenseur s'est produit.
Conflict si je resterais encore ici.

Le service est enthousiaste, l'environnement est bon, la règle est très bonne, le parking est également pratique, mais il est possible de collecter de l'argent et de l'espace à distance, si c'est bon pour le prix, beaucoup de cyclistes à proximité, ne ose pas sortir la nuit.

Le petit déjeuner buffet était vraiment bon. Il n'y avait pas trop de choix mais tout était bon. L'emplacement est le meilleur, il est connecté à Bellevue Square et à Lincoln Square , donc il était parfait pour le vendredi noir. Il y a deux jours où ils ont manqué le garde-house, mais après notre appel, ils sont arrivés le lendemain.

L'expérience n'a pas été grande, car elle ne sera pas une expérience mémorable et je vais probablement essayer un autre hôtel/hôtel la prochaine fois. Ce qui m'étonne vraiment, c'est que j'ai été à un cou de 3 hôtels de 3 étoiles dans le spokane qui étaient de la façon suivante et le double arbre est censé être une 4 étoiles. La chambre était assez propre mais il y avait quelques mises à jour peu chers, pas ce que je m'attendais à un hôtel 4 étoiles.

L'apparence de l'hôtel est très moderne. L'intérieur est très réancien. L'attitude du petit frère de cheveux long sur la réception est très bonne. La fourniture de la catégorie du petit déjeuner est incomplète dans trois jours. L'ensemble est toujours très bon. La prochaine fois, vous continuerez à séjourner.

The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean
The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one .
In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .

IInvitéDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

IInvitéThe room was week cleaned and stocked. Everything from towels to water was delivered to me as I asked for them and needed. The hotel staff were very kind and happy. The airport shuttle is a great help. Big ups to the drivers especially harman. The stay was very pleasant and completely worth it.

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

SStephen_SLa location est confortable pour le Tacoma du Sud. Les espaces publics et les chambres sont propres. Si vous restez n'importe où, garez-vous loin de la fenêtre dans une zone bien éclairée et ne laissez pas de valeur dans vos véhicules. ***** et vol sont des problèmes dans de nombreux États, vous devez donc vous protéger.

No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

IInvitéThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

HHappybirdNous n’avons pas bien dormi pendant nos 4 nuits car l’ambulance était très bruyante chaque nuit et le nez de la voiture aussi ! Si vous marchez de la gare à l’hôtel, vous devez marcher au moins trois pâtés de maisons sur chaque montée abrupte, ce que je n’aime pas ! Les toilettes étaient si petites, en particulier les toilettes et les douches ! Les lits étaient trop mous aussi ! Tout comme les hôtels de toujours. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel alors que son prix est de près de 300 $/nuit !! 😜😜
