Nice privately-owned hotel in an old building right in the middle of the historical former German district. I enjoyed the stay. A couple of things you need to realize, though: 1) no supermarkets around. The nearest convenience store is a good 500 meters walk at ”Taipinjiao Park” subway station; 2) no budget restaurants/Western fast food shops. Plenty of fancy overpriced local food restaurants nearby, however; 3) room cleaning is light. They just replace trash bags and towels. No making up the bed or floor mopping; 4) you'll see ants, mosquitoes and an occasional spider in the room, as it's located in a very old Japanese-occupation era building in a garden-like environment. But they warn you about that in the hotel Welcome message. Plus the hotel provides an anti-mosquito pluggable device. Use it. 5) there's a restaurant on premices right in front of the hotel rooms. They play music, but not loud enough to bother me. They close shop at 8pm. There's another restaurant right next door. That one is louder, but even them wind up at around 9pm. So, it didn't bother me... 6) the manager is very much responsive. He sent me a welcome message the day before I checked in, plus the hotel exact location map, so I could find it. The other hotel/restaurant staff are very friendly also. I enjoyed the stay. Bathing Beach 2 (an old German pivate villas beach) is right next door, so I did plenty of sunbathing and swimming. Fun...

This hotel would be the best hotel in Zhongshan Area. Hotel Name is included with ” Min-sook”. But it is similar with Hotel. I have traveled in Japan, China and Asia countries in 2024~2025. This hotel is the best hotel based on Money Value. I booked the twin room but it was promoted to Sweet room with balcony. I could look around the ZhongShan road.I stayed 3'rd floor and very convenient to move via elevator. All staff is kind and helpful and you need not purchase the drinking water in store. In frond desk, I could take a complimentary water bottle as many as I like. The most important thing is location. I took a subway from Airport to hotel. the Zhongshan road station is the next building from hotel. I took only 1 min form subway station. it is so good. Just subway fee 7 yien per person. but it took as 1 and half hour. but I think it would be one of travelling. 2'nd positive thing is I could choose the Various restaurants in nearby. seafood , china food, steak and especially, CHAGEE is opposite from hotel. I will stay again with my family in next time.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, malls, and cultural attractions. We were even able to walk to the room from the main train station! The apartment itself was moderately clean--kind of run-down and could just a use a good overall deep cleaning but it was not terrible. If you stay here during the cooler seasons (as we did--February), you will find the apartment to be quite cold. There is a small wall-mounted AC/heat unit, but it was never able to make the apartment feel warm. This place would probably be fantastic in the summer. Also, keep in mind that electricity is not included, so you will be charged for any electricity you use. This will usually not be a bit deal, but if you stay in the colder months, you will want to run the heat, and that will add to your expenses. Oh, and if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, staying here will be a bit more challenging, but the landlord was very helpful in trying to communicate. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the price, especially in the summer.

2015년을 마지막으로 칭다오를 가지 않았었는데 그 사이에 너무나 많은 것들이 변해 있었어요. 무엇보다 청양 류팅공항이 폐쇄되었고 지아오동 공항이 새로 만들어졌어요.(비행기에서 내리고 나서야 알았다니~~~^^) 완전 깜짝 놀랐고 마치 인천 공항처럼 도심지에서 60km 정도 떨어진 먼 곳에 위치해 있었어요. 택시비 걱정을 하던 중, 급하게 네이버 검색을 해보니 버스와 지하철이 있다는 거에요. 중국분들이 도와 주셔서 7위안을 주고 지하철을 탔는데 인청 공항과 흡사한 시스템이었어요. 목적지는 스베이취 옌지루에 있는 완다그룹이 만든 완다플라자 상층부의 seaside 아파텔이었기 때문에 물어보니 Dun Hua Ru 역에서 내리면 된다는 거에요. 공항에서 8호선과 3호선을 탔더니 역에 도착하여 구글 지도로 찾아갔어요. 택시비 편도가 120~150위안이 나왔을 텐데 싸고 편하고 시원하게 왔지요. 완다 플라자는 중국 부동산 완다그룹이 지은 건물로서 지상1~3층 정도에는 각종 편의시설 (식당, 극장, 마트)등이 있고 나머지는 고층의 주거시설이 있는 빌딩이에요. 원룸 스타일이라고 보시면 되고 비밀번호 도어락, 냉장고,Hier 벽걸이 에어컨, 소형세탁기(탈수기 아님), 전기온수기, 전기주전자, 헤어드라이어, 유선TV, 와이파이등이 골고루 잘 갖추어져 있었어요. 이러한 원룸이 각 4개의 고층 건물에 엄청나게 많이 있는데 한개 한개 원룸이 고도로 잘 서비스 되고 있었어요. 2일분의 수건과 치약, 치솔이 있었고 유선 tv는 처음에는 조작을 할 줄 몰라서 채널이 1개인 줄 알았는데 엄청나게 많아서 중국 방송 재미있게 봤구요 (중국에서 한국 전쟁 다큐멘터리 보면 항상 기분이 묘하답니다) , 와이파이는 네이버나 네이트, 다음 등 한국 포탈은 막힌 듯이 잘 안 되고 특정 포탈은 엄청나게 빨리 잘 됩니다. (본인만이 아는 특정 포탈- 이것까지는 안 막는 것 같더라구요 ) 배가 고프면 저층부의 완다플라자로 가서 피자, 아이스크림, 맥도날드 등을 가서 먹었고 중소규모의 마트에서 컵라면 사다가 끓여먹었지요. 제일 마음에 들었던 것은 공기밥 3회, 미역국 무제한, 김치 무제한의 한식당인데 싸고 맛있었어요. 돌솥비빔밥, 불고기, 된장찌개 등. 중국인들도 엄청 오더라구요. 싸고 맛있었어요. 건물 앞에 택시도 엄청 많고, 젊은 중국인 남녀도 많고. 이러한 이유들로 Wanda Plaza Seaside Apatel 강추합니다~~~

初到青島，在朋友的推薦下來到這家民宿，這是位於觀象山上的一棟小樓，這裏原來應該是個觀象台。我打車到山下，慢慢地走在秋天的山路上，山不是很高但秋天的風景卻被這座小山收錄盡，有樹下温暖的小椅子，黃透了落下的大楓葉，還有應該粉紅色的房子上被紅色的藤蔓纏繞，繞到我身旁的階梯，讓我從階梯漫步到山頂，看到了青島老城的全景，一個小小的平台，看到紅牆綠色的青島城，秋日的陽光不吝嗇自己的温柔照耀着這座城市還有在山上欣賞風景的我，多想再貪戀一會這風景，但礙於背包太重，我選擇先去民宿放下行囊，民宿的是一道綠色的門，上面有五彩的琉璃，好像上面嵌着一牆的寶石，推門而入，橘色的暖色調讓人倍感温馨，這似乎一個藝術家的小屋，裏面有很多精緻的小玩意，有着歲月感的美在這些小物件上流淌，看得出民宿的主人可能和我一樣喜歡攝影，門口壘着一些攝影的書籍，往前走幾步就是民宿的餐廳，這裡有很多有趣的畫，還有明媚的窗，在和民宿的工作人員辦理完入住之後，我在這個餐廳呆了片刻，看着窗外的陽光灑在秋日的樹上，風吹着樹梢輕輕搖擺，我想要是在這裏吃早飯會是很幸福的一件事，所以接下來幾天的照片我都很有期待。來到了自己的小屋，是在一樓最角落的一間房子，一進門就感覺到這間小屋給我的歸宿感，我後來和我朋友説這個小屋可以讓我在青島不出來呆上好多天，房屋整體是一種美式復古的風格，一進門就看到百葉窗的陽光灑到深綠色的水壺上，這股陽光將我吸引到百葉窗前，看着窗外深紅的樹葉在陽光下，我拿出相機記錄下青島的第一張膠片，我青島電影的第一幀從這一幅陽光下的水壺開始，房間整體是木質加上黑白的風格，簡約卻又不乏温馨，這裏似乎可以裝下無限的陽光，白色的床在百葉窗微微透過的陽光下顯得分外的温馨，旅途的奔波讓我馬上在床上躺了下來，誰在這朦朧的陽光上，看着對面的窗簾輕輕搖晃，窗簾的後面原來有一扇門，我將門打開，驚喜得獲取到小院子使用權，小院有一個軟軟的小椅子，一個小小茶几，坐在這裏可以在陽光下發呆好久，青島的風在秋天有幾分涼意，或許需要一床温暖的毯子裹着，然後找一本喜愛的書享受午後，午後的陽光讓整間房子都變得暖暖的。起身準備去洗漱一下，來到小屋的衞生間，沒想到白色的門後，這個衞生間的空間很大，有個浴缸橫放着，百葉窗的陽光，甚至會從這裏落下，裏面的小杯子，洗手液的瓶子，似乎都是店主精心挑選，一種復古的鏡子感，器具上面嵌入着美麗的碎片，甚是喜歡。從衞生間出來，我呆呆地坐在床上，看着百葉窗的陽光灑在櫃子上的水壺上，看着窗簾朦朧着陽光和秋天，在風中微微晃動，在擁抱我這個初來青島的客人。這是我來青島的第一站，如果説我這次旅途一場浪漫的電影，那這兒是我最完美的開始~

The hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around. The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo. The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.

Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a donné un sentiment d'élégance à bas prix après avoir commandé une bonne voiture de stationnement. En particulier, le petit ménage a un service chaleureux et gentil, et pour la première fois, il a ce sentiment chaud dans le peuple. La chambre est propre et le lit est très confortable, le personnel est très professionnel, très compétent pour répondre à mes conseils, le traitement des problèmes est très excellent, peut fournir un service à l'invité en temps utile, cette visite est très satisfaisante. Le peuple se sent très bien, l'ensemble du processus de séjour est particulièrement agréable et tranquille, la disposition de la chambre est également un style que je préfère, très simple et frais, tous les types d'installations vivent ensemble, l'hygiène est plus fine, les chambres et les images sont cohérentes, le style de décoration est simple et élégant et ils sont très aimés, toutes sortes d'installations sont magnifiques, Très propre, séjour tranquille, séparation sonore, climatisation chaude, sommeil très tranquille et très satisfait toute la nuit pour une expérience de séjour, recommandé!!!!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but the best part about this property is the manager who is the kindest person ever! She stayed awake until late so she can instruct me on how to locate the apartment properly, with both us relying on translation apps because I don't speak Chinese. Her kindness is something I will never forget, and also her willingness to assist me with anything I asked for during my stay! She even bought a full cooking set for me when I said that I was going to stay a little longer in the apartment! Oh, and the apartment is in the same building as a big shopping mall with 3 floors full of different restaurants and a big, well-stocked grocery market in the basement. It was so good that I barely left the location to go anywhere else lol, because I had everything I needed there 😁 All in all, it was a 10/10 stay, and I would stay again!
