The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent. NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

Il était si gentil d'avoir une piscine devant l'auberge. Antique logement, salle de bains et distance de la rue principale, calme et calme. C'est un peu loin du principal, donc il est un peu désavantage de aller au marché. Un peu malheureux en termes de propreté. Mais le scénario de Matteora était si excitant qu'il était bon.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'était pas mal, mais les chambres étaient très petites. J'y ai passé deux nuits et, le deuxième jour, lorsque j'ai demandé deux bouteilles d'eau, on m'a dit de les acheter au supermarché. J'ai été surpris. Je me suis demandé si c'était à cause du prix si bas. Le personnel de la réception était souvent absent aux heures d'arrivée et de départ annoncées. J'ai vu un client errer dans sa voiture après son arrivée vers 20 h. La taxe de séjour n'est que de 1 € pour deux personnes. L'escalier menant à la chambre était très étroit et dangereux. L'éclairage ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. Le parking se trouvait dans la rue. La douche de la salle de bain était si étroite que j'ai dû toucher le mur pour me laver. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique pour faire du shopping et manger au restaurant. La photo ci-jointe montre la vue sur Kalabaki depuis la chambre Bilkoni.

Every aspect except the shower facility met our expectations. The shower is unsafe due to and unexpected dip and very slippery. No overhead facility and not hand rail to assist you to stand up if you are expected to sit.

The hotel was very clean and close to the center of the town. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every possible way. We will for sure visit this hotel again in the future!!!

C'est une chambre moderne et large 々. La position est très bonne, près du monastère Agia Triada, à l'entrée à pied, le service est très bon, par exemple, vous pouvez conserver votre valise après avoir quitté la maison. L'unique eaux de bain faciles à cheveux sont difficiles à utiliser, mais la Grèce peut le faire n'importe où.

非常好非常好！滿分級別！各方面都很滿意，設計風格，乾淨程度，物品設備等。不奢華但很優雅整潔，新而不俗。門口能停車，不過車位滿了要去其他地方。服務態度極好，早餐可以送到房間！ 唯一的小瑕疵…沒有被子…衹有毯子。對我這種怕冷星人，不太友好。 整體而言非常滿意，很温馨的記憶。夜晚在小陽台上吹小風，美好享受。 小陽台外就是山巖，地處小鎮熱鬧區域，購物吃飯極其方便。 另外，它的名字storyteller真的太絕了，對一個從事storyteller的人來講，就是為我而生的酒店。可惜書架上擺的是希臘書，看不懂。
