I booked for 2 rooms for family of 3. The room is next to each other but there is no connecting door. The hotel is not well maintained. Can see the toilet are yellowish. It’s more of a motel not hotel. The room is just nice for 2 with sufficient to put bag. The staffs are excellent. They are friendly and approachable. Always there to assist. The meal at cafe also very nice. I had my bfast there. Overall, good experience.

L'égout est bloqué par l'odeur de cigarettes dans les toilettes. Peut-être est-il mampé par le rococ quand il est une cigarette. Les feuilles sont comme si elles n'avaient pas été modifiées, juste derrière les feuilles. Peut-être des temps rusés, bien que j'y ait commandé souvent, mais il y en a toujours. Le toilette n'est pas fixe. Qu'en fait, le lieu est délicieux

Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

************* selama di penginapan, nyaman, bersih, homey banget buat kita yg ngajak anak kecil meski kita di kamar lantai 3 tapi masih afforable. Lokasi strategis banget sama tempat wisata yg kids friendly. Insya allah someday kesini lagi ngajak mbahnya anak-anak juga 😇

The bed is super comfy, but just a heads up, the shower isn’t heated, which is part of the experience. It’s also just a 3-minute walk to Kawah Putih, which is the best place to experience Ciwidey.

Pour le prix d'une mille chambres, je pense que Beddur est le meilleur séjour à Bekasi. chambre propre, toilette propre, climatisation froide, large fenêtre, chambres sont également complètes. n'avait le temps de mourir de l'eau quelques fois en raison d'une autre amélioration Mais le personnel était prêt à se réinstaller, juste whatsup.

The location is Ok. My first time here in Dago. It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden. I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that.
