It's not my first time stay here and still my top choice hotel when i visit Bandung. Affordable price, location is close to the train station which makes it very convenient. Room is clean and smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There’s an aesthetic cafe that’s perfect for having coffee, and enjoying some metime here.

Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

Voici ma expérience de séjour dans Lembang Asri ke-5 le temps 😁 La nature relaxante vibre toujours à venir. La chose désagréable est la section Resto. Tout le temps quelques fois ici. Le menu du petit déjeuner est toujours égal. C'est vrai 2 la même. Je suis jusqu'au mustard. La variété et le goût sont très manquants. Plus Attitude des employés de Resto n'est pas amicale. Moins de sourire, et surprix en regardant les invités manger. Woi baa nous avons payé une commission supplémentaire pour les enfants qui ne sont pas bon marché, oui 75K / enfants avec un menu très simple. Peut-être est-il une formation pour l'hospitalité de nouveau, et le chef aide à faire une variété de menus, de sorte que les invités ne se fatiguent pas. Pour le Front Office, la sécurité, l'Aide est tout à fait bien et amiable.

Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay. Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus.

C'est la première fois que je suis resté à cet hôtel. Je comprends qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel budget, mais le récepteur n'a pas accueilli, pas de sourire, pas de salut chaud. Est-ce cette hospitalité indonésienne? Je ne reviendrai pas. Il est également important de noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc si vous restez au deuxième ou au troisième étage, vous devez porter votre bagage sur les escaliers. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très basique, juste saur lodeh, riz, snacks frits, papaya, et melon d'eau. C'était ça. Rien d'autre. Dans l'ensemble, la direction a encore beaucoup à faire, surtout en ce qui concerne l'hospitalité chaude et le bon service, et j'espère qu'ils prennent ce retour au sérieux et apportent des améliorations pour les invités futurs.

overall semuanya oke si dari wangi nya ruangan dan kerapian cuman kayak lebih di perhatikan aja lemari nya sebagian masih berdebu, terus buat WC itu itu kran nya perbaiki yah kak susah ngatur make nya next bakal kesini lagi semoga udah pada baik

The location is Ok. My first time here in Dago. It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden. I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that. Ok that’s all Thanks

L'appartement est excellent.. mais trip.com a donné un mauvais numéro de téléphone au propriétaire de l'appartement, de sorte qu'ils ne peuvent pas me contacter et avoir des problèmes quand im arrive à l'appartement coz tout n'est pas prêt

tempatnya nyaman, bersih, tenang, mungkin next time di tambah playground untuk main anak2 agar lebih kids friendly 👍
