Tout était bien, l'enregistrement a été rapide. L'hôtel est proche de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, j'en ai eu pour mon argent. Le soir, nous avons essayé du poisson, et ceux qui en ont mangé ont apprécié (nous avons aussi pris du bébé requin, tou-tou-rou-rou). Par contre, il y a eu un point négatif : des femmes russophones ivres qui ont bu et crié presque toutes les nuits en bas, si fort qu'on devait les entendre jusqu'à la plage, j'imagine. Certains jours, elles étaient en cure de désintoxication et on pouvait enfin dormir. Le personnel ferait bien d'avoir un bâton pour chasser ces hurleurs la nuit.

we selected a room with minimal facilities but it was too good and since the room was very nearby the beach the access to the beach was so easy, since we were on a ladies trip we could enjoy the night time and late night dinner from a restaurant nesrby and reach the room safely.. also could enjoy the beach in the morning and come back to room for a bath and freshenup easily.. altogether we loved the stay there.. the sataff there were also very helpful and supportive.. they even gave us an extension on vaccating time for a small amount and after that also we kept our luggages in their office and do rest of the shoping and then leave from there.. altogether it was a pleasant stay.. they also have other options and hope those rooms will have more aminities!

The guest house look old when you see outside but clean inside. it clean more than i expect after long time travel in india. Near station 5 minutes. near market 10 minutes. Only one thing not useful when they dont have any recommend for me any contact for renting motorbike. I lost many time to find the good rent motor bike shop because a lot of scam on google map. But general All season is good location and clean. That is enough for 1 night sleep.

Неплохой отельчик, если хотите готовить себе сами. Номера в старом корпусе идут с небольшой кухней. Персонал отзывчивый, уборку и смену белья делают по заказу. Мы заказывали раз в 3 дня. Полы, на наш взгляд они не моют, так как босиком ходить маловероятно, ноги сразу становились черными. Видел, что только подметают, поэтому ходили в тапочках. Старый корпус и мебель в нем давно уже требуют ремонта, но мы знали на что шли. Рядом стоит новый корпус под евростандарт, но кухни там нет, что нас не устраивало. Во стальном все неплохо. Двери закрываются на навесной замок, так что не удивляйтесь. Сейфа нет, есть ящичек с ключиком на веревочке, но хозяин поклялся, что проблем с воровством в отеле нет и действительно проблем не было. Сын хозяина отеля живет тоже в старом корпусе, поэтому если возникали проблемы, то к нему..., всегда поможет. Прожили в нем 16 дней, все устроило. Советую всем, кто хочет сэкономить на ресторанах и кафе.

I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting with family or even on a solo travel. The best part of this hotel is walking distance from the best beach arambol. The rooms were clean. We stayed for 7 nights for which they provided us with utensils, fridge and induction. And rooms were spacious too. They have different plot for parking cars that's not an issue. They helped us with best service.

For our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!! We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note! Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end. Thanks so much for our Goan experience!!

The property was near to baga and calangute beaches. Room was spacious and clean. The check in and checkout was smooth. Would recommend this stay anyone looking for a budget stay in north goa

Location is good as it is near baga. Food?? There is no restaurant so that they can provide food. Regarding services, no such services are available at hotel. We just can stay at hotel. Nothing else.

Отель понравился, достаточно большие номера, у нас был из 2 комнат, 2 душевые с с/у и 2 балкона. Очень приветливые, исполнительные и услужливые работники отеля❤️❤️❤️ Единственный минус, далековато от моря и мы не смогли простроить короткий маршрут)
