What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

QQuintanaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the CIMA Hotel in Dongducheon, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.
The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a good night's rest after long days of exploring. The spacious bathrooms, complete with high-quality toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the experience.
The location is another highlight. Situated conveniently near key attractions and transportation, CIMA Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore Dongducheon and its surroundings. It's also close to Camp Casey, which makes it an excellent option for military personnel and their families.
Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, an on-site café, and a well-equipped business center, cater perfectly to both leisure and business travelers.
I would highly recommend the CIMA Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hospitable stay in Dongducheon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

JJUHEON BYEON출장으로 이곳에 머물게 되었는데, 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 우선 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 도심 중심부에 위치해 있어 이동이 편리했고, 주요 업무 미팅 장소들과도 가까워 일정 소화에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 인근에 편의점, 카페, 식당 등이 다양하게 있어 식사나 간단한 장보기도 매우 수월했습니다. 대중교통 접근성도 뛰어나 공항에서 숙소까지 이동하는 데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다.
숙소 내부는 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 장기간 머물기에도 부족함이 없을 만큼 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 침구류가 청결하고 포근해서 하루 일과를 마친 뒤 편안하게 쉴 수 있었던 점이 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 책상과 의자도 있어 업무를 보기에도 무리가 없었고, 와이파이 속도도 안정적이어서 화상회의나 이메일 업무 처리에 전혀 지장이 없었습니다.
무엇보다도 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 응대가 신속해, 필요한 요청사항이 있을 때마다 바로 해결해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 출장 기간 동안 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었고, 업무에만 집중할 수 있었습니다. 조용한 분위기도 장점으로, 주변 소음이 거의 없어 숙면을 취하는 데도 전혀 방해가 되지 않았습니다.
전반적으로 위치, 주변 인프라, 시설, 서비스 모든 면에서 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 출장으로 오시는 분들뿐만 아니라, 여행 목적으로 오시는 분들께도 자신 있게 추천드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다. 다음에도 이 지역에 다시 방문하게 된다면, 주저 없이 이곳을 다시 선택할 예정입니다.

1.location, un peu difficile à trouver parce qu'il n'y a pas de signe de l'hôtel et le nom est différent. Il est un ”Grand Motel” et nous n'avons pas trouvé l'entrée facilement. Les gens locaux étaient gentils et ont essayé de nous aider à trouver l'entrée. Ohhh. L'hôtel est à l'intérieur du bâtiment et l'hôtel est seulement au 10ème étage.
2. La propreté était bonne. La réception était amicale et utile. Il nous a soutenus tout.
3. Les installations étaient bonnes. C'est la Corée, la terre de beauté. L'hôtel se soucie de la beauté, il y avait des installations de beauté dans la chambre.
4. Il est proche des arrêts d'autobus et de la métro.
5. Il y avait des restaurants superbes. Nous y étions pendant 6 nuits, mais nous sommes allés à un restaurant BBQ 3 fois, les propriétaires étaient super gentils pour nous et nous avons servi un bon service avec un sourire tous les jours.
Il y avait des supermarchés où je pouvais trouver des fruits frais, des légumes, du café, des biscuits et des magasins à la fois confortables partout.
7. Même à neuf heures, les vibes étaient sûres
La location de l'hôtel est magnifique, mais l'entrée était difficile à trouver à la première fois.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

Il est près de la gare, alors si vous dormez vraiment, ça ne fait rien.
L'environnement n'est pas très bon.
