The rooms are very clean and cozy. The balcony view was amazing. The service is extremely good and satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is also very nice, the kandhari chicken and kaju masala combination was very tasty.

Beautiful homestay amongst leafy greenery with delightful kind and attentive hosts. Biju thank you so much. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with an array of fresh fruit , omelette and Indian breakfast. Very filling and much appreciated to start the day. Very clean and air con room and ample communal lounge areas to use. Having a kettle and tea/coffee/ water station was much appreciated. Offered fruit and cake on arrival was a lovely touch. Biju also arranged a number of trips for guests though we had no time to experience, other guests gave excellent reports. Highly recommend you try this homestay in Alleppey.

It is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

Very convenient location, 600 meters from maharaja's college metro. Friendly and cordial stuffs. Sincere thanks to krishnendu for the room upgrade. Comfortable room, clean bed and clean bathroom.

Un endroit génial où séjourner, une famille char***te et des chambres d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, propres, spacieuses et caractéristiques. Près du centre de Fort Kochi, toutes les commodités et sites à voir sont accessibles à pied, vous pouvez également vous y rendre pour environ 30 à 50 roupies. Salle d'eau de belle taille, propre et fonctionnelle. La nourriture du matin était superbe. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons!

Property is located in prime location.It is inside City.Rooms are very small & no ceiling fan.Room bed was mentioned as king size.But it was very small.Toilet was very neat & clean.Room service is very bad.Getting the required things we have to follow up multiple times.They have included multiple food in boffet breakfast.Taste was awesome.Overall I can give average rating 3 when we are comparing with other hotel experience.

It’s a fantastic stay. We happened to be in Alleppey for one day and we found this unique homestay on Trip.com and booked and we made the best decision. The place is so nice and the host Mr. Lalan is very very kind man who attended to all our requests. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Nous avons séjourné à Backwater Heritage Homestay le mois de miel et c'était une expérience merveilleuse partout. La propriété est un oasis de calme, pacifique et lussureux. Les hôtes sont des gens incroyablement chauds et généreux. La nourriture et le service sont incroyables. Je recommande vivement à quiconque cherche un séjour authentique et accueillant.

Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Останавливались в этом отеле не один раз - приезжали большой семьёй ранее. В этот раз отдыхала одна. Все безупречно. И расположение очень удобное и сервис, и забота персонала, и прекрасные комнаты с удобными кроватями... Очень довольна! Вернемся непременно!)
