It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

和對象來美林湖過週末，對比了好幾家最終選了這家公寓，住完感覺比普通酒店更有度假感，舒服又自在。服務人員態度都很温和，辦理入住速度快，有問題諮詢也回覆得很及時。房間採光很好，陽台可以看到小區的景色，晚上特別安靜，完全沒有嘈雜聲，很適合放空休息。床品軟硬適中，我這種認床的人也一覺睡到天亮，衞浴乾淨無異味。位置出行很方便，周邊有餐廳和商業街，外賣選擇也多，不用跑遠就能解決吃飯問題。稍微有點小不足就是高峯期等電梯會稍微慢一點，但完全不影響整體體驗。環境安靜氛圍好，特別適合情侶度假、週末短途放鬆，想來安安靜靜休息的朋友可以放心選。

I had a good stay at this villa. The location is excellent if you want to visit the water park, and it's very convenient to order food and transport to the villa. It's also just a five-minute walk to the beach, which is a big plus. The villa itself was very nice and I felt well looked after during my stay. However, the cleanliness wasn't great—it could definitely be cleaner. Also, when you order a car, they drop you off at the main gate, so you have to walk the rest of the way, which is quite far. Despite that, I would still recommend it and I would go back, just with slightly lower expectations regarding the cleaning. Overall, it's a good option for the convenient area.

The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

We are gp of 7 from Macau. We encountered a lot of problems such as water leakage, out of electricity and water. We reported to the helpers and they responded quickly, even at late nights. They did a lot but the problems kept going on and things were not dealt until the rain went down. The facility is just ok and not quite worth of the price but we appreciate the quick response. Vous ne pouvez connaître la bonne position que lorsque vous contactez l'agent immobilier. Pour être honnête, quand j'ai découvert que la localisation de notre appartement n'était pas ce que je pensais que j'avais été offert une restitution complète ou un autre appartement qui me convenait plus.
