I loveeee the house! So spacious and clean! Perfect with all the facilities even have toothbrush, towel, mineral water, microwave & washing machine. The check in and check out was smooth! I really recommended to book here if come to Genting!

It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Location is near to Genting Entertainment City. Link bridge walk 10-15 mins with escalator.
Mall still new less shops but have conveniences mart. Mix store. Kopitiam n zus n luckin. Unit is clean only hot water is slower n need to turn on frequently.

Read a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back.

Not bad, rooms are clean, there are eateries downstairs and scheduled shuttle buses to either First World or Sky Avenue (could not recall). TV box is really lagged so we did not enjoy much watching tv together at the living room.

整體是不錯的。 地點蠻方便。 陽台前方就是高爾夫球球場， 風景優美。 屋子蠻乾淨、 廚房裡有微波爐、 電飯鍋、 熱水壺、 冰箱、廚具等。 唯一要改善的是兩間廁所的洗手盆有點堵（下水慢） 需要等水流完了下一個人才可以使用😂， 還有其中一間的熱水器操作不了沒有熱水用！！ 16度的天氣沒有得洗熱水澡真的冷得發抖。 如果把以上的處理好那就更完美了。 下次再去金馬倫我還是會選擇這家Iris house resort

UUtilisateur anonymeIl a été très agréable à cet hôtel boutique. Il est relativement nouveau et adopte un concept très intéressant de design. Ils n'ont que 10 chambres, je pense. Le paysage autour de l'hôtel était vraiment agréable. La location de ce lieu est à Tanah Rata, donc il n'est pas aussi crowded que Brinchang, il n'est pas aussi congestionné en termes de trafic. Vous n'obtenez qu'un parking par chambre. Il est situé juste à la fin de la rue, très ségrégé et très privé.
Il n'y a personne qui attend le check-in, vous avez en principe un numéro et quelqu'un vient vous donner des clés à votre chambre et demander la sélection du petit déjeuner pour le matin suivant. Nous avons également demandé des serviettes et du shampooing supplémentaires, les propriétaires étaient très courtois et généreux.
Il a été très sûr pour ma famille avec des enfants jeunes, qu'elle puisse se promener librement. Ils vous donnent le verrouillage de la porte de voiture si vous devriez sortir et revenir tard à la nuit, vous pouvez vous permettre d'entrer et de verrouiller la porte.
Le bruit de l'herbe nous a réveillé de la porte, de l'administration. Il y a aussi un dormitory à côté de la porte et vous pouvez entendre des prières du soir.
A proximité, il y a beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants où vous ne trouverez pas de problèmes de réglage de vos repas, à environ 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale.
Pour remarquer quelques choses :
- Il y a beaucoup d'escalier et si vous avez des personnes âgées dans votre environnement, il n'est pas très pratique d'aller à la chambre. Les escaliers ont été très bien pour mes enfants, ils ont juste aimé monter et descendre si bien!
- Nous avons réservé des salles de plage. Le toilette et le bain sont situés près de la porte principale. Il est ouvert concept, ce qui signifie que si vous devriez prendre une douche à la nuit ou aller à la toilette, il va être froid.
- Les lits sont au dessus du sol, donc si vous avez besoin de la salle de bain au milieu de la nuit, vous devez marcher les escaliers.
- Le design de la salle de bains et de douche n'est pas si confortable pour les jeunes enfants ou les personnes âgées.
- Le petit déjeuner est dans des boîtes de tiffin très mignons. Ils le placent dehors de votre porte environ 8 plus. Cependant, je ne pouvais pas toujours attraper leur livraison en temps voulu, et la plupart des fois la nourriture est déjà assez froide.
En général, j'ai toujours eu beaucoup de plaisir de rester.

IInvitéOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

The place is very clean and big. The hotel is covered with fog, it is very beautiful!🌬🍃 There are a lot of food places in the hotel! Grab and bus are very affordable and easy to book in the area. Nnorasma95Had a great stay at The Ascent Suites in Genting Highlands! The location is convenient—just a short drive to the main attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The suite was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. Loved the big windows and cool mountain breeze!
The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. There’s a small kitchen area, which is handy if you’re staying more than a night. Wi-Fi was decent, and the bed was comfy too.

Type de chambre: Quadraple room for 2 adults 2 children. Aucun petit déjeuner ya ... ne peut sortir pour manger ou peut ”tapaw” près et santai2 makan en dehors de la zone de lobby. Vous pouvez descendre et faire du thé @ café gratuitement. Vous avez une bonne heure 11pm-7am. Cependant, vous pouvez aller où vous voulez. Donnée la clé de la porte d'entrée si vous reviendrez tard la nuit.

UUtilisateur anonymestudio was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. however, the location was a bit far, and the check-in process was inconvenient (just a lil bit) since the check-in spot and the actual stay were at different places. It’s not the best option if you don’t have a car, as getting around can be challenging. Overall, a decent stay, but something to consider before booking.

It's all wrongly advertised but the customer service from trip.com is so efficient and helpful to try and get me a room with Balcony. But the new room that we received had a Balcony but only with 1 king bed. First picture is the first room we got and the second picture is with the Balcony and few thin mattress to make up for the less of bed
