I was initially hesitant to book due to the limited options available and the fact that my preferred properties were already fully booked. Your property was the only affordable option with availability, and I was hoping for a comfortable stay.
I'm happy to say that despite my initial concerns, my one-night stay in the original room was quite good. Yes, the floor was still a little wet when we entered, but the room was clean, and while the AC was a bit loud, overall, the experience was positive.
What truly made our experience exceptional was your fantastic staff. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding. I actually forgot to check out by 12 pm as we were enjoying our activities, and because we had a room upgrade booked for the remaining two nights, the staff waited for us to arrive at the property to change our room. Such fantastic service and attitude!
Furthermore, I’m especially grateful for the honesty of your staff. I want to express my deep appreciation for bringing my silver necklace back to me after I had accidentally left it in the old room. That level of integrity is truly commendable.
Thank you for making our stay in Siquijor a memorable one. We genuinely appreciate the great service and warm hospitality, and your staff are a true asset to your hotel.

New hotel so everything good condition. Clean good size room with a nice hot shower. Restaurant onsite is decent and is open till 7pm. They do a basic but good breakfast. Beautiful to be next to busai falls, easy to get tuk tuk or even bus to tarsier sanctuary and chocolate hills. Staff really helpful with everything and organise tuk tuks for you. Also a great source of information. A lovely place to stay.

Очень приятное и спокойное место, если рядом отдыхают адекватные соседи ( у нас перед отъездом заселилась группа шумных китайцев, которая купалась в 2 часа ночи в бассейне и громко смеялась)🤦🏻♀️ , что пришлось даже выходить и просить успокоиться!!! Написали даже админу записку, а утром получили извинения и предложение компенсации за «ночное рандеву»!
В целом, все было прекрасно: внимательный и отзывчивый персонал, красивая и ухоженная территория, единственный минус- это в меню ресторана ( много позиций отсутствовало, но повара 🧑🍳 шли на встречу каждый раз и это большой плюс ➕)
Каждое утро гостям к номеру приносили свежую и вкусную выпечку!

This resort has a relaxed and peaceful vibe, not too crowded, yet well maintained and located just in front of the sea. Garden is beautiful, swimming pool very nice with two slides that kids love, you can snorkel at their beach, we even saw a turtle. Rooms are clean and comfortable, their menu is extensive, you just need to find your favourites. I would definitely go to Hale Manna again!

Perfect get away in Loboc. New hotel, nice view from the restaurant. Staff is super friendly and professional! You can book day tours at the reception. Jay the driver was awesome.

Je suis heureux d'être près de la rue avec des cafés et des restaurants à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui nous a permis d'essayer beaucoup de plats locaux et ne dépend pas du transport.
Merci spécial pour organiser le petit déjeuner avant notre départ à 5h30. Tout était déjà prêt et le transfert à l'aéroport nous attendait à temps.
L'E L Westensee Resort est le lieu de retour! L'atmosphère chaude, la propreté et la prise en charge parfaites de chaque invité ont fait de notre vacances inoubliable!

We asked if may nabebenta ng buko juice outside the resort, so the next day, kumuha pa talaga sila buko juice from their tree ❤️
The place is beautiful, ayaw mo pa umalis agad. Pool is super clean!! Tahimik na sya given na roadside ang resort. Great food too! 🙏🏻 Will def come back.

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

EEricMBon emplacement. Facile d'accès à pied depuis le terminal des ferries. Le personnel était sympathique. Les magasins sont un peu à pied de l'hôtel, donc pas super pratique, mais pas trop mal.
Cet endroit n'est cependant pas un endroit pour se détendre au calme au bord de la plage. Le karaoké avec des basses percutantes a commencé avant 6h du matin et dure jusqu'après minuit. Je suis resté un week-end, alors peut-être que pendant la semaine, c'est différent. . . Ensuite, la nuit, il y a aussi un club plus bas sur la plage, ce qui ajoute du bruit la nuit. Je peux m'occuper de la musique la nuit... mais avant 6h du matin ? Je connais des gens comme ça, mais ce n'est pas mon style. alors soyez prévenu... si le calme est ce que vous voulez... ce n'est pas ici.

IInvitéThat was the best experience! We arrived by ferry from Panglao to Oslob early morning. Came to hotel. Even check-in time was 14:00, the host took our luggage and opened the room earlier. It was 9 am, so we even managed to go to whale sharks same morning. Shuttle from hotel took us to place, where special guide meet us and guided to boat. Everything was fast, we didn’t stand in a line, no waiting at all. Also hotel organises tours to Sumillon island and Turmalog falls. Exceptional service! Rooms are comfortable, very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

MMaria PlsBest choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well.

毛毛毛虫MandyCette fois, j'ai réservé un appartement de deux chambres avec deux salles de bain, ce qui est très pratique et vous pouvez cuisiner vous-même, mais je ne l'ai pas vécu rapidement cette fois-ci. Le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas aussi bon que tout le monde l'a dit, mais il est au-dessus du niveau général des Philippines. La piscine est magnifique et il y a des toboggans pour jouer. Après avoir vérifié, j'ai dû me rendre à l'embarcadère pour prendre le bateau pour Tin Island. Comme nous avions 5 personnes et des bagages, nous avons demandé à la réception d'appeler un chariot pour nous. En conséquence, nous avons arrangé une toute nouvelle camionnette pour nous y emmener gratuitement. Le bâtiment est très typé, l'aménagement est très mignon, j'ai l'impression qu'une petite ville d'Europe, la prochaine fois je dois emmener ma fille rester quelques jours de plus.

Il a une vibe de maison.
Casa Aguelo est un hébergement décent avec un personnel amiable mais la nourriture à la maison est surprix à 60 pesos par tasse de riz et 280 pesos pour 4 petites cubes de porc avec des légumes aléatoires pour ”sigang” .
De la terminale de Dao, vous devez prendre un bus à Carmen et partir à la collines de chocolat complexe , puis prendre un tricycle à Casa Aguelo. Le temps de voyage est d'environ 3 heures de l' aéroport , avec un transport limité , nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel près de l' aéroport ( panglao) car nous avons un vol précoce.
Je note ce total à 3 parce qu'il n'y a rien de spécial sur le lieu et malgré être au milieu des arbres de coco, il a surprixé ”aliment” sans menu officiel.
