The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

I had an excellent stay at this place! The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and professional. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.

Le petit déjeuner est moins cher, sans tenir compte des habitudes alimentaires des orientaux. La chambre est plus propre que la chambre, et le linge est resté inchangé. Le terrain est très loin de planifier et le projet n'est pas adapté aux enfants. Le temps de fonctionnement des magasins est aussi faible et les produits sont peu nombreux.

Personne pour nous accueillir aucune information pour entrer obliger de demander à plusieurs commerçants et surtout pas de petit déjeuner comme il Etait prévu dans la réservation et surtout facturer 10 euros . Cordialement marquet carole

Der CheckIn und Service über WhatsApp ist unkompliziert. Allerdings unfreundlich und negativ. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. An der Sauberkeit im Badezimmer bzgl. Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, verkanten Armaturen und allgemeinen Staub sollte gearbeitet werden.  Fenster zum verdreckten  Innenhof war vorher nicht bekannt, daher laute Geräusche beim Schlafen.

Ce n'est pas très pratique pour se rendre à l'hôtel à Riomaggiore, il faut prendre un bus jusqu'à l'hôtel. Si vous transportez de gros bagages, il n'est pas recommandé d'y habiter, car après votre enregistrement, aller dans votre chambre vous mènera à la mort ! Mais le paysage y est vraiment incroyable ! très beau!

Bien que court, mon séjour n'aurait pas pu être meilleur.

La chambre était une très large chambre avec service et un coin cuisine, dans une position très confortable et centrale par rapport à Sestri. La structure est toutefois située dans un endroit différent de l'hôtel. Cela n'était pas clairement indiqué dans l'avis. La chambre avait quelques petits défauts avec la machine à café avec des caisses de chaussures inefficaces et de petits défauts dans la salle de bain, mais globalement était confortable, silencieux et en ordre. Le service de nettoyage et de réaménagement a été plus que approprié.
