Strategic location easily accessible to the nearest shopping mall & Santa Claus office in the city centre. Room wise is very clean with comfortable mattress, shower & everything (with hand bidet is definitely a plus point!) It comes with free access to sauna between 6 to 7pm daily for men as well. Receptionists are very friendly, humble & helpful. Able to meet up with guests from all over the world in the sharing kitchen & living area. Will definitely recommend to all my friends who visiting to Rovaniemi in future.

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

The check in process is very unfriendly for foreigners. The instructions are unclear. The 24/7 contact will be answered on the 5th or 6th call. It took us an hour to get the key and correct location for the room. The key and the room are two different places. Other than that, the room is very nice for a family. Cozy and spacey. Very nice location. 10 mins walk to the station. If the check in instructions can be improved, it is a nice place.

I've only spent one night with my son, and we've been taken care of very well, it's very familiar. They offer you everything you need, it is located at the door. the only thing it does not have is private bathroom, and the beds are fine, the only thing I put a fault is the pillows. but I recommend it is my very nice, quiet, and good place to see aurora bowling, because it has 200 meters a perfect lake to see them.

Staff are approachable and nice. They assist us to transfer to another room when our reserved room’s ac not working. We enjoyed our whole stay and we are definitely coming back.

Il était un peu difficile de trouver à l'origine parce qu'il était un auberge qui devait se rendre au supermarché, mais l'auberge lui-même était propre et OK~ La salle de séjour, la salle de bains et la toilette étaient propres. Le supermarché est très proche, vous pouvez utiliser des trucs devant la porte, vous pouvez aussi monter des trucs devant la porte. ㅎㅎ Il y a beaucoup de bus autour du club de vacances selfie sari, et il y a beaucoup de compagnies de tours. Globalement, je suis très satisfait! Vous pouvez garder votre transporteur dans le bureau près du supermarché.

Je l'ai d'abord essayé pour une nuit, car j'ai continué à réserver une autre nuit. Ce qui devrait être amélioré, c'est le service d'information touristique. Plus tard, j'ai découvert que les hôtels de la Finlande à la Suède en passant par la Norvège ne sont responsables que de l'hébergement et de la vie : des services en face à face.
