Le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Le personnel est très agréable et confortable à l'entrée et à l'extérieur. Les entités comprennent la télévision, les livres, les jeux, un couple de guitares, les soirées thématiques occasionnelles. Les salles de bains sont fines, bien que si assez ou plus que assez hauts, les têtes de douche sont surprenantment basses. Je comprends les difficultés que cela pose en raison de l'année, mais il est probablement nécessaire de disposer d'un sol par sol propre. Bien que je ne sois pas membre de la police amusante, avec de nombreuses notes dans le lieu qui soulignent la nécessité de garder le bruit à l'écart après 10 heures, je vois pourquoi cela pourrait être un peu galant quand le personnel qui vit là-bas avec les invités ne se conforme pas à cela - surtout lorsque vous n'avez aucune idée de qui est un travailleur qui est hors de service. Peut-être impossible en raison des températures, mais il n'était pas idéal de monter dans mon panneau dans le noir (sauf la lumière de mon téléphone) et de trouver un chat qui dort (Honnêtement!) Je aime un chat, mais si je n'avais pas eu mon téléphone éclairé, Je n'aurais jamais su et j'aurais atterri forcément sur elle. Je l'ai trouvé très drôle, mais beaucoup ne l'aurait pas. L'enfer aurait pu être cassé si j'avais atterri sur elle. (Amusant et pas de blague, je regardais Don't F*** avec les chats à l'époque et j'avais arrêté pendant que je suis monté. Peut-être que c'était écrit ...) En tout cas, très bon endroit et juste pour le prix. - Bonjour.

La place est large, la position géographique est excellente, juste à côté du passage principal, après avoir vu le petit pinguin, vous pouvez acheter un repas rapide à proximité pour rentrer à l'hôtel. La chambre est large, il y a aussi des agents de la nuit pour garder le personnel. La porte peut être arrêtée, très pratique

Bien que c'est un hôtel automobile, il est propre, la cuisine n'a pas de machine à fumer et le réservoir peut être utilisé. Notre chambre réservée, quatre personnes n'ont pas de logements congestionnés, la position environnante est pratique, et le pingouin est très proche. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à pied pendant environ dix minutes. La réception est chinoise et la communication est libre.

This is my first time staying at a hostel as I always stay in hotels when I travel but NZ is way out of my budget to get a hotel for 8 days of stay. I am surprised that there is free basic spices if you opt to cook and you should to save money and they also have free spread for your sandwiches you can use and free coffee. Free bodywash by the hostel and you can also use the conditioner and other shampoos that other guests left when they check-out for fr e. They also have charger you can borrow. The 4square grocery is very close like 2-3 min walking distance and other restaurants. I have 8 days so I am staying here in Haka house Queenstown, the on in mount cook ( which doesn’t have all these free spices and I think because how far grocery store is) and my last remaining days I will try Haka by the lake front. I don’t have hostel pics so sharing with you my view from Queenstown Hill viewpoint.

Au cours de mes voyages, j'ai séjourné dans des hôtels et des auberges de jeunesse, mais je n'avais jamais partagé de chambre, étant un peu plus âgé que la plupart des clients, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était équipée de quatre petits lits individuels confortables, et il y avait un casier sécurisé en dessous. Les installations étaient de qualité, avec une cuisine partagée bien équipée, un salon-bar convivial et un balcon offrant une vue sur la montagne. Les salles de bain étaient propres et le personnel très accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, même pour un senior comme moi.

The room was very spacious and had great natural lighting, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable during the day and overall the space itself was quite nice. However, the WiFi was extremely poor. Even basic social media would keep buffering, and trying to watch a show at night was almost impossible — it would pause every couple of minutes. Since there’s not much to do around in the evening, this was pretty frustrating. Another thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the mirror placement next to the bed upstairs. It’s not directly facing the bed, but if you turn to the side, you’re basically looking straight into it. I know this might not bother everyone, but in some cultures (like feng shui), having a mirror facing the bed is considered bad for sleep and overall comfort, so it felt a bit odd to me. The bathroom was also a bit annoying — the fan automatically turns on with the light and can’t be switched off separately. It was quite loud, so even using the bathroom felt uncomfortable after a while. Parking space was decent in size, but getting out was inconvenient. I had to reverse multiple times because the space behind wasn’t very wide. Overall, the room itself is nice, but the WiFi and some layout details could really use improvement.

At first glance, the place seems lovely and inviting. However, on closer inspection, there are quite a few maintenance issues that need attention. Several lights weren’t working (only about 2 out of 5), the carpet wasn’t as clean as it initially appeared, and there was mould in the shower. There are also signs of wear such as plastering around the sink, and the hairdryer made an unhealthy noise when used. The toilet bolts were loose, which was concerning. The bathroom lacks an extractor fan, so it becomes very steamy. The shower head is quite small with low pressure. While there is an outdoor area, it doesn’t offer much privacy as the motel is right on the road. Parking is available on-site, which is a plus, but there are no laundry facilities. There is a makeshift kitchenette with a toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, and basic cutlery and crockery. However, it’s not suitable for cooking proper meals, and the lack of a sink makes washing up or even filling the kettle inconvenient. On the positive side, the location is excellent—right next to a New World supermarket and very central. Overall, the place is reasonably clean, tidy, and comfortable, but it would benefit from some maintenance.

It’s a huge hostel in the prime part of queenstown so it’s a mixed bag on who you’ll be sharing a room with. There isn’t really anywhere to put your things in the room and need your own lock for the small safety cabinets, and sharing 2-4 outlets with everyone in the room, but it’s clean and the bed is fine.

La meilleure auberge de jeunesse dans laquelle j'ai jamais séjourné ! L'emplacement est parfait, juste au bord du lac. Vous pouvez vous asseoir de l'autre côté du lac et prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le logement est super propre et magnifique, avec une grande cuisine ! L'attitude de la réception était également très sympathique. J'ai séjourné ici pendant trois jours et c'était vraiment confortable.

本当に素晴らしいバックパッカーホステルでした！口コミがとても良いことにも納得ができます。 まず、清潔感がとてもあります。共有スペースも綺麗ですし、宿泊者も皆綺麗に使用しています。各部屋も綺麗で、下の段のベットにカーテンがついていて閉められるようになっていることも素晴らしいです。 また、ホットチョコレートや紅茶が飲めるように準備してあります。ニュージーランドは秋で寒かったので、ホステルに戻ると温かい飲み物が飲めるということがとても嬉しかったです。 遅いチェックインで朝早くのチェックアウトでしたが、事前から連絡をくれて、丁寧に対応してくださりました。 また、泊まりたいと思う素敵なホテルでした！
