I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Always a treat to be here and be in the company of fun-loving individuals. Love the location which is right behind a 7/11. Drinks are priced affordably and the rooms and amenities are well maintained to be clean and usable.

The sink is too small and no amenities. The room is clean and comfy. The description on the website is inaccurate. The toilet is old. The location is good since it's near sm seaside and fastfood chain. But yeah no amenities like toothbrush, free water and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. Also the main area smells like dogs and you can really hear the dogs running in the halls

Séjour merveilleux ! Calme, propre et abordable ! J’ai passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très agréable. L’endroit est calme et paisible, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. On y bénéficie également d’une bonne intimité. L’hôtel est abordable tout en étant très propre et confortable. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, en particulier Sir Bobby en cuisine, qui est très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’équipe de ménage a également fait un excellent travail en gardant ma chambre propre et rangée chaque jour. En résumé, je suis très content de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement abordable, propre et paisible.

La pression de l'eau dans la douche est vraiment faible. mais les gens de l'hôtel sont très gentils, ont une bonne attitude et répondent rapidement. Le petit déjeuner est correct, l'emplacement est pratique et le climatiseur est assez froid. Il serait préférable d'apporter vos propres serviettes. Les choses sont un peu vieilles, mais le prix compense tout.

Les chambres sont globalement très agréables et simples, et la propreté est bonne. Malheureusement, je dois aborder d'autres points qui pourraient gâcher votre séjour. Les chambres sont situées à l'avant et à l'arrière, et celles de devant sont généralement présentées comme les plus populaires, car elles bénéficient du meilleur emplacement, de la meilleure propreté et du calme. Malheureusement, nous avons passé deux nuits à l'arrière, juste en face de la cuisine. Des groupes de personnes y ont laissé des traces du matin jusqu'au petit matin, ou au moins jusqu'à 4h30, et dès 6h30, on cuisinait déjà dans un vacarme infernal. Ce n'est pas un endroit propice au repos ni au respect du calme, je vous le déconseille donc fortement. De plus, les salles de bain communes sont dépourvues d'étagères et de plans de travail, et en plus d'être très sales, à cause du manque d'hygiène de certains clients, nous ne savions pas comment nous déplacer ni où ranger nos produits de toilette. Le papier toilette était toujours mouillé car il était placé à côté de la douche. L'endroit serait agréable, mais outre son emplacement isolé, il ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer à cause de ces circonstances. Le personnel est aimable et serviable, mais à quoi bon édicter autant de règles si elles ne sont pas respectées ?

L'hôtel était propre, spacieux et confortable. Le propriétaire était sympathique et m'a aidé à trouver un moyen de transport pour me rendre à mes destinations. Le petit-déjeuner était simple et copieux, avec du pain grillé, des œufs, du jus de fruits et de la mangue. J'ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel, mais j'ai particulièrement apprécié la chambre familiale. Je voulais rester quelques jours de plus, mais j'ai été déçu de devoir changer d'hébergement en raison de conflits d'horaires. Si je retourne un jour à Moalboal, j'adorerais y séjourner quelques jours. Je le recommande vivement. Pour information, l'hôtel est à 20-30 minutes à pied des restaurants et des bars. La distance a rendu le séjour plus calme et plus confortable.

The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Mon seul bémol concernait la douche, car la pression était un peu faible. La distribution de l'eau n'était pas optimale, il fallait donc utiliser le robinet en dessous. Le personnel était très serviable et les installations semblaient propres. Merci !

セブシティの中心街から山側へ上がる道の途中にあります。あたりは開発も進み高層マンション建設もある傍ら、非常に長閑な民家も多いです（ゲストハウスのある敷地から谷に向かうと掘建小屋が目立ちスラムではないにしろ、いささか所得の低い層が住んでいる地区に入ります）敷地周辺にはレストランが１軒あり、美味です。館内は１階がリビングかつキッチンです（スタッフと共用なのでご飯どきはいい匂いがします）ベッドも申し分なく、冷房もあり、シャワーも水圧があるのでバックパッカーにはベストチョイスじゃないかって思います。写真は近所の、上記の谷の地域に降りる道の様子です。泊まった時日曜日だったので、住民がカラオケしたりする光景が見られました。
