Le séjour à Kokomo a fait notre voyage à Camiguin beaucoup mieux! Irene, le propriétaire et son partenaire David sont des hôtes merveilleux. Ils ont fait notre séjour sans heurts en assistant avec le recrutement de scooters, les tours de réservation, en donnant des conseils sur ce que faire sur l'île et bien plus encore. La chambre est très grande, la douche est chaude, l'air conditionné fonctionnait parfaitement (la chambre était froide après 5 minutes) et la madrague est très confortable. La piscine et les jardins sont très belles et bien entretenus, le personnel a toujours gardé le lieu et nettoyage. Le salon de la mer est très bon avec des équipements propres et nouveaux. Les guides de la mer étaient super attentifs et aimables, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir! Le réef devant l'hôtel est très bon pour le snorkeling. Le village a une vibe très pacifique, Irene et David nous ont fait sentir comme nous étions à la maison! Nous avons séjourné pendant sept nuits et à la fin je ne voulais pas quitter haha Je resterai certainement à nouveau et je recommanderais à tout le monde.

This is actually my third time staying at New Dawn Pensionne House in Cagayan de Oro, mainly because of its convenient location and affordable rates. The hotel is well-located near malls, restaurants, and other establishments. If you need personal items, Watsons is also nearby, which is very convenient. However, during my stay I noticed that the Wi-Fi inside the room was very slow. I also tried switching to mobile data, but the signal inside the room was still weak. I even had to step outside the room just to get a stronger signal. Considering that Cagayan de Oro already has 5G network coverage, it was surprising that the signal could barely reach inside the room. Another thing to note is that the room does not provide free toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so you need to buy them outside if you forget to bring your own. There was also confusion about the check-out time. The booking app indicated that check-out was 2:00 PM, but the hotel informed us that the check-out time is 12:00 PM. The staff even knocked on the door and called the room before the 2:00 PM check-out time stated in the app, which was a bit inconvenient. ✅ Pros - Convenient location near malls and stores - Affordable place to stay - Nearby convenience stores and Watsons ⚠️ Cons - Very slow Wi-Fi inside the room - Weak mobile signal inside the room -No free toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste) - Confusion with check-out time ⭐ Overall: Since this is already my third stay, the hotel is still a practical choice because of its location and price. However, improvements in Wi-Fi, signal reception, and clearer check-out policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

Our quick stay was nice. The pool was spectacular! We enjoyed it so much! Our room was okay. We were initially offered with a bigger room as there were 5 of us but we chose to stay in the 4 person cabana as we found the bigger room stuffy and the toilet was sunken. The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond to this request. Our cabana was fine but the hotel could look into ”child proofing” the room as the double deck corners are a bit dangerous. We had to wrap the corners with bath towels. The sliding doors of the toilet and shower room could also do a little maintaining as they were already rusty. We loved the garden and surrounding area. It was so serene and gave us a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for morning coffee. The chicken bbq we had for dinner by the pool area was very tasty. Our breakfast was okay. The location is good. It's not too far from the airport and walkable distance to the White Beach Port (around 30 mins) and restaurants. There's also a scooter renting place in front of the hotel entrance. The staff were very warm and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage in the reception area upon checkout while we went to the White Beach and wait for pick up. Kudos to Benj and Grace for their top-notch hospitality and honesty! We highly recommend this for a budget friendly stay.

The property is beach front and it has a magnificent view of both the sunrise and sunset; the staff is friendly and the service is great, too. If you are looking for a tropical and boho chic vibe, check out this property. I wanted to book the room with provate bath and toilet but they are fully booked so i booked the one with shared bath and toilet. Certainly, it didn’t disappoint. The rooms is spacious with basic amenity. I’m looking forward to booking since I’ll surely Camiguin!

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.

If you travel solo or with friends, Parkview Hotel is an ideal budget friendly, near to shopping malls safe and sound. Best recommended

The room is big with 2 beds. Has strong wifi, no hot shower thou. And the free breakfast food is nice and newly cooked.There is a tv but its only good for white noise and is basically useless

Not too near Manila airport need to book taxi to arrive this apartment. Old apartment and dirty not worth staying there.
