Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

L'hôtel est très ouvert et ne se trouve pas tous en collision, il se déplace en fait à travers 4 bâtiments dans une zone de la ville. Il est très bon de trouver la suite avec le jacuzzi et le balcon.

fdon't desk was nice and let us know where a good breakfast could be found do to the fact that they did not have any.when we used the microwave it tripped the brakes in our room but the awesome manger lady did get it fixed asap. the room was just run down wires hanging whhere thier should be a smoke detector. the spot for the phone/ internet line looked as if it had caught fire. as far as cleaning would say it had not had a deep clean in years. the location is great we had our two kids with us and the park with the pond next to us was great so nice to take a stroll and see the ducks. overall it was what u would expectfor the price.

The Sandcastle overall was a great place to stay and we may return again in the future. I was very frustrated however that there was zero advisory that the Sandcastle was under construction. We arrived around 3:30pm on Saturday and it was very noisy in our room until about 7pm. After driving to the coast we had wanted to take a nap before dinner but that was not possible. With having higher rates on the weekends, I am very disappointed that they don't wait until during the week to do construction. We paid over $200 a night, where as during the week there are rates as low as $90. Other than the construction, our room was very nice. We enjoyed the ocean front view and fireplace in our room.

Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!

Il a été très bien placé pour vous rendre visite à la maison. Nous sommes arrivés à 8 h et nous sommes heureux qu'ils aient de l'eau chaude pour le thé et du café régulier et décaféinisé autour de l'heure. Je ne peux rien dire sur le petit déjeuner depuis que nous avons dormi. La chambre était très spacieuse, les chaussures étaient belles et propres. Il y avait des gants de bain, des gants de bain et du shampooing, un conditionneur, une lotion, un gel de douche et un savon de main. Je vais sûrement revenir sur un si je dois rester la nuit dans la zone.

I stayed here for one night in the king deluxe for an insanely low price. This gorgeous historic hotel is located in the downtown district of Baker City and it is easily the most picturesque experience of the town. The hotel has kept most of its original furnishings, crystal chandeliers everywhere, and a stunning stained glass skylight in the restaurant. Erika at the front desk helped me with check in and valet (so affordable!), and she even offered treats that she made herself to my dog! The restaurant was gorgeous, my waitress Jenny had great recommendations for dinner, overall a fantastic evening. I could not have asked for a better stay.
