I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

Chaque employé sourit pour s'amuser! Il y a beaucoup de pompes derrière l'hôtel, adaptées aux enfants! Il y a également une heure de voyage à chaque point entier à proximité de la vieille rue de la rivière! Et l'hôtel est très intime pour offrir un code de réservation bidimensionnel pour les clients! En résumé, très satisfait

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me. The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy. Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach. Breakfast has lots of options.

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The  room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations.

Une expérience formidable ! La propriétaire nous a contactés la veille, nous a ajoutés sur WeChat, a créé une conversation de groupe et nous a envoyé diverses précautions et informations météorologiques. Le moindre problème a été résolu immédiatement. Elle était chaleureuse et attentionnée. Nous étions accompagnés de personnes âgées et d'enfants, et la température de la chambre était idéale. Toute la famille était ravie. Le prix est excellent, et nous choisirons sans hésiter Taiwu lors de notre prochain séjour.

設施：泡池巨大，放水很快，幾分鐘就能泡了。餐廳味道不錯也不貴～早餐還挺豐盛能吃飽～ 環境：酒店環境沒問題，整體維護的很好。周邊比較荒涼，所以吃飯還是得在酒店解決 服務：服務態度很好，有需要很快解決 游泳館:池子很乾凈而且完全沒人，可以痛快遊 半山温泉票:室內有幾個池子，室外開了個大恆温池和兩個小的，水温都很合適不冷～ 燃脂熱身:就是健身房，看着還挺齊全的 衞生：衞生還不錯吧，有需要可以讓服務員再清潔一下泡池

L'expérience de confort de l'hôtel est trop précieuse pour vivre. L'hôtel est choisi par la visite, il est étonné de passer de la porte à la conception de coridors de la mer, la route de la mer est très modérée et l'atmosphère de la lumière est particulièrement confortable. La vue de la chambre est énorme! La fenêtre de la terre est un bâtiment de montagne + ville, la lumière est très bonne jour, la lumière de la nuit est pleine d'un tas de chaleur. Les produits du lit sont doux, le fond du lit est également muni de la lumière de l'air, les détails sont remplis; Le gardien est séparé par séparation sèche, le cheval intelligent utilise des lunettes super convenables, la lave-vaisselle et la disposition complète, et il est très confortable de regarder. L'ensemble des installations sont nouvelles, propres, confortables et calmes, la prochaine fois, choisissez ici!
