La famille de cinq enfants (trois enfants) est restée à Sky Island pendant trois jours, et nous avons été absolument écrasés. Le resort est énorme tant d'activités et de choses à faire que nous n'avons même pas eu le temps d'essayer tout ce qu'ils ont offert. Le service était très bien situé et se sentait très privé et pacifique. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant chinois, et il était étonnant la présentation, le goût, le service, tout était de haute qualité. Notre chambre à deux étages était super confortable, spacieuse, propre et n'avait pas de odeur étrange (qui nous appréciions vraiment). Nous reviendrons certainement non seulement une fois et nous apporterons nos amis la prochaine fois!

Had a nice stay here. It’s not super close, but only a short drive to the canyon. I enjoyed morning jog on the road (there is no pedestrian path, so you take your own risks if decide to do the same). You can feel the owner put in a lot of thoughts into the design and operate the place. All staff are super friendly. The outdoor setup offer places for small gathering. Heated hot pool is perfect for relaxing the muscles after hiking. Amenities in the room is adequate. The construction quality is not doing justice for the beautiful design. And the bathroom area could use some deep cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Families and small groups will have a good time staying here! (Photo from morning jog and from the room)

Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

Spacious room with private onsen. It's in a more peaceful part of the hotel, so some walking required! Responsive room service that came promptly whenever help was needed (e.g. adjusting temperature of onsen). Generous fruit + snacks platter prepared upon arrival and changed daily, including free convenience food and drinks. Only thing was that the usage hours of the public bath pools were not told to us - it was only on for the first day we were there till about 8/9pm and not again, which was disappointing because i wanted to try the different baths.

Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

二刷出行，雙泉酒店無論是環境，設施還是服務衞生都甩襄陽奇趣酒店好幾條街，真的感受完全不一樣，各方面服務都很貼心，而且這個酒店很漂亮，各種在每個地方都充滿苔蘚景觀，各種綠植，創意滿滿。在酒店大廳用餐的時候，前台小姐姐還送來礦泉水！！小細節做的都很到位！！比我在襄陽那個酒店舒服多了，上次出行很後悔，這個酒店我還是想三刷四刷的那種！！但是有一些小建議，庭院泡池房能不能再加個小床，後加的小床真的睡的太難受，一點不舒適，睡覺最重要了，應該改進下，還有親子雙床房也是床太小，睡一大一小真的太容易掉了，又不好合並起來，應該設定一張大一點，一張小一點，這樣合理一點！！

L'environnement est particulièrement bon. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien décoré à l'avenir. Le service est également particulièrement bien conçu par le designer. Il y a une soupe privée dans la chambre. Le 1er étage est 78 personnes dans la salle chaude. Il y a deux types de soupe et de piscine. Je comprais un billet comprenant le petit déjeuner et le terrain de plaisir et les billets de neige au petit déjeuner. La période est aussi longue. Les week-ends sont de 7h30 à 11h00, il y a un petit déjeuner, les espèces sont aussi très riches, vous pouvez également emballer et ramener la chambre. Reviens !

I stayed at this resort hotel and I truly loved the experience. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, perfect for having a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The skiing activity also made the trip even more exceptional. The staff was very attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the service truly impeccable. It’s a place I would highly recommend for a vacation or a relaxing weekend getaway. A wonderful experience that I would gladly do again.

Notre séjour du Nouvel An avec mon/ma partenaire a été une escapade relaxante à la montagne. Le cadre était très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était exceptionnel : les portions étaient généreuses et la cuisine délicieuse. Pour deux personnes, on pouvait même commander des demi-portions de certains plats mijotés. Contempler le bleu des montagnes tout en sirotant une boisson créait une atmosphère merveilleuse. 👍 Un grand bravo à la jeune femme qui s'est occupée de nous ; elle était très patiente et attentionnée. 🥰 Nous avons dégusté une tasse de thé de vigne chaque jour, un vrai délice. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et charmant. Le prix pour le Nouvel An était tout à fait raisonnable. Les nouilles à la viande séchée du petit-déjeuner étaient exquises.
