Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return.

Notre séjour a commencé un peu chaotique : la climatisation de notre chambre était en panne et un bruit assourdissant provenait de la salle de bain. De plus, nous avons dû partir tard car nous avions besoin de dormir davantage, mais le personnel de ménage a perturbé notre sommeil. Après cela, nous avons discuté avec la gérante, qui s'est montrée très aimable et a résolu de nombreux problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour. - Remarque : Les sources chaudes sont superbes ! Il y a beaucoup de bassins différents et il n'y avait pas trop de monde à notre arrivée.

We booked this hotel so that it’s nearer to go over to the Red Beach attraction compared to those in the city centre. The room is super huge with a bath tub in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated with very artistic look. Coffee/tea is available freely at the lobby. Staff were very helpful and accommodative throughout our stay. Thank you for the unlimited water drinking bottles and the free gift before we left.

非常超越預期的一次旅行。 寶寶出生之前來過一次，現在帶着寶寶來～ 楓香谷這幾年變化很大，硬件看得出一直在用心翻修維護，同事還沉澱出了很高服務品質。 客房部的姐姐們態度都很温和積極，尤其是孟姐✨看到我們帶了寶寶，特意貼心的給送了孩子的牙刷和小拖鞋，給我們詳細講解了酒店的各種場所東線和營業時間，大大提升了我們的入住體驗！ 給這一次的旅行點一個大大的贊！

房間沒問題，但是我們叫了兩人搓澡➕奶浴，本來和前台定好了是來一個技師，我們一個人接一個人搓，可是來了兩個技師，要給我們同時搓，但是搓澡間的床衹有一個，他們好幾個人又從別的房間搬床過來，又不換鞋，折騰半天，好不容易搓澡間攢的熱乎氣全沒了，床又冰涼，搓的時候凍死了，而且還是幹搓，床也沒有加熱，真的太冷了，技師的手也不熱乎，花了大幾百一點也不享受，反而是遭罪。大家冬天來的時候要慎重選擇搓澡spa這個服務，他們的技師不是自己的，是從另外一家調過來的，反正體驗不好。另外有個浴室剛開始洗，地漏就堵了，雖然師傅很快上門維修，但是有個男人來就是不方便，總之細節還要加強，要不對不起你家2000多的價格。

All the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. I enjoyed the hot spring. This is a good place to visit.

設施：房間很大，有個小陽台，可以看看風景，也可以晾衣服，室內私湯就是個小浴池，自己放水，不過放一次要挺久的，有需要的話可以提前打電話問問前台。聽説是鮁魚圈最早的温泉酒店，有的設施確實是比較有年頭了，但是無傷大雅。小浴池我覺得提供個一次性的鋪紙之類的就更好了。注意他家的取電卡和房卡不是同一張，出門的時候別拿錯了。温泉非常舒服。 服務：前台態度挺好的，不過我們因為要參加婚禮所以一大早6點來鍾就退房了，前台沒有人，住過不少酒店這還是第一次遇見，可能像我們這麼早退房的人比較少，可以理解。 環境：非常漂亮，在院子裏還發現了櫻花，大堂裝修古色古香，非常適合放鬆。不過出了酒店區域基本就是村裡了，沒什麼像樣的超市，我找了個小超市還買到了過期零食，所以要想吃點像樣的零食水果啥的得自己提前買好。 餐飲：我最滿意的部分之一，兩個人點了個魚香肉絲，魚籽燒豆腐，一盤蝦仁三鮮的水餃，一碗米飯，花了140多，最後餃子沒吃完打包了。非常好吃，我最喜歡魚籽燒豆腐和餃子，魚籽很香，沒有怪味，我對象平時不吃魚也很喜歡，餃子餡料也很足。餐廳環境也很好，這頓飯吃得真不錯。 鮁魚圈這邊温泉酒店其實挺多的，但是相對於民宿，還是酒店更有保障一點，我感覺第一次的話不知道選誰家，他家就行，基本不踩雷，等冬天還想帶老年人過來感受一下
