The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours. Had a very wonderful time! Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists. Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name). Thanks Krishna.

tout le temps un bon endroit pour rester ... le personnel est bien formé avec des services excellents La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est que leur petit déjeuner de matin pourrait être bon à avoir plus de choix intercontinentaux au lieu de 90% de la nourriture sud de Kerala ... peut toujours aller à YouTube et vérifier certains des bons asiatiques et nourriture intercontinentale.

Everything was good. I cannot criticise much on the stay, except the electricity goes out ever 30 minutes to an hour, and I lose the internet, air conditioning. I was so scared of using the lift so I walked the stairs.

Petals is a beautiful, well-maintained resort located close to the main road near Thariode and I would highly recommend it for multiple reasons. We were there for 3 nights and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was too good and varied. We chose the heritage room and it was clean, loaded with all amenities and had great views of the valley. The resort has a great pool, game rooms, spa and a badminton court. All in all a perfect stay and would love to come again.
