Un hôtel thermal avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel de la réception au comptoir est professionnel et sympathique, et peut communiquer couramment en anglais. La chambre est très spacieuse. Bien que la décoration de la chambre semble ancienne, elle est bien nettoyée et entretenue. Le matelas est modérément doux et dur et très confortable pour dormir. Les installations thermales de Tangle City dépassent les attentes, et c'est une agréable surprise que l'expérience luxueuse des sources chaudes soit incluse dans l'hébergement. La magnifique décoration de style européen du hall de Tanglecheng est très différente de celle des stations thermales japonaises courantes. Mais veuillez noter que les heures d'ouverture de Tangle City sont de 13h00 à 22h00. Si vous arrivez trop tard, vous manquerez cette expérience de sources chaudes d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il y a deux vestiaires à l'intérieur. Après avoir enfilé un yukata dans le premier vestiaire, l'espace de loisirs qui sort du bain de pieds au ciel étoilé est basé sur la magnifique scène de rue de l'apogée de l'ère Meiji. Il y a des espaces de loisirs tels que des cafétérias, des sanctuaires, des magasins et des scènes. L'écran de projection coloré au plafond change le décor. Il y a également une salle de massage ici, les tarifs sont abordables, les maîtres sont très compétents et c'est très approprié pour se détendre avec un massage après avoir pris un bain. Le deuxième vestiaire est la zone de baignade nudiste des sources chaudes, qui dispose de piscines intérieures et extérieures. C'est vraiment confortable de prendre un bain pour soulager la fatigue du voyage de ces derniers jours. Il y aura également de merveilleux spectacles de danse aquatique devant la porte de Tangle City à 16h00, 18h00 et 20h00, qui valent la peine d'être regardés. Il se trouve à environ 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ou de la gare de Narita. L'hôtel propose un service de navette, mais la fréquence n'est pas très fréquente et les intervalles de temps sont importants. Ceux qui ont besoin d'un service de navette doivent faire attention à l'heure de la navette. J'ai raté l'heure de correspondance sur mon chemin, alors j'ai pris le bus depuis la gare. Même si cela a pris plus de temps, j'y suis quand même arrivé. Nous recommandons cet hôtel aux touristes qui prévoient de rentrer chez eux le lendemain pour découvrir le grand rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel.

J'ai passé une agréable nuit à l'hôtel Narita Art. Une navette assure la liaison avec l'aéroport en 20 minutes. Arrivé trois heures avant l'enregistrement, j'ai laissé mes bagages à la consigne gratuite. L'enregistrement à 15h s'est fait rapidement et sans problème. Ma chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la décoration d'inspiration japonaise. Plus tard dans la soirée, je suis allé profiter des thermes. L'entrée était payante, mais l'endroit est vraiment magnifique et j'ai perdu 1 kg. Il y a un Family Mart ouvert 24h/24 si vous avez besoin de faire vos courses, ainsi que quelques restaurants. Une salle de sport est également ouverte 24h/24. La prochaine fois que je devrai prendre l'avion depuis ou vers Narita, ce sera mon premier choix.

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

My wife and I live in Tokyo, but we decided to come here for a couple of days to enjoy the onsen. We were very surprised!! The hotel is super clean with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast did not have so many options, but it was very delicious. The soups and pizza and pasta were amazing. The onsen was great and the staff were kind. The mattress was Serta. Very comfortable!! We loved the area. The hotel is next to a big mall. T-Site, near the hotel had a large book store with coworking spaces with coffee shops. Of particular note is a coffee shop themed after the Beatles, called Penny Lane. The unique restaurants, coffee shops and drinking places In the Kashiwanohana area are amazing!!!! You can easily find great restaurants and unique coffee shops in the area. We also went to a huge park called Kashiwanohana Park. We spent a few hours there enjoying tea at the coffee shop in the park. This area is very walkable. Don’t use Google maps as it does not show the pedestrian walking paths. Ask locals. You can easily spend a couple of days on this area without walking near busy streets. Walking paths with no cars can easily get you wherever you want to go. We loved this trip!!

De nombreux plats du dîner nécessitaient d'allumer un feu, et, faute de temps, nous avons dû patienter 20 minutes avant qu'ils ne soient prêts. Bien qu'un membre du personnel allume le feu, il ne se déplace que si on l'appelle. Les couloirs et les autres espaces de l'étage étaient chauds, probablement en raison de mesures d'économie d'énergie ou d'une panne de la climatisation. C'était désagréable en revenant de l'extérieur ou après un bain. La vue depuis le bain panoramique et la chambre était magnifique. Nous pouvions admirer le lever du soleil depuis le balcon de la chambre, et il y avait un accès direct à la plage.

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Services : Tout est prêt et vous est remis dans un sac à votre arrivée. Serviettes, brosses à dents, bouchons d'oreilles et vêtements de la chambre sont fournis ! Installations : Onsen en plein air ! Bain intérieur au niveau 3. Pierres chaudes, café, espace détente et lits capsules sont disponibles au niveau 2. Tout est en place, de qualité et parfait ! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J'ai bénéficié d'un tarif bien plus avantageux que sur le site web de l'hôtel grâce à mon adhésion à Trip.com ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Wonderful cultural experience in this traditional yet nicely renovated Japanese Inn. Nice scenery from our room, delicious match tea and cookies, comfortable tatami to sleep in. nice and clean public bath, we appreciated the amenities especially the soft cotton. Areas for improvement would be the temperature and humidity, our room was too dry even with the humidifier on; would also be nice to have hand towels and children size causal kimono. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, next time will try the meals.
