L'hôtel est assez loin de la jetée, et il y a encore une volée de marches pour y arriver, mais de ce fait, on aperçoit le grand torii depuis la chambre ! C'est bien de prendre deux repas dans un même hôtel, et le bain thermal privé c'est aussi bien ! En partant, vous pouvez stocker vos bagages puis vous rendre à l'embarcadère. Vous pouvez demander au centre d'accueil de l'embarcadère d'appeler l'hôtel et leur demander d'envoyer vos bagages à l'embarcadère gratuitement !

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

Un ryokan agréable, mais pas exceptionnel. Cet hôtel était plus difficile à évaluer : le dépôt des bagages était compliqué et la décoration n'était pas à la hauteur de la propreté souhaitée. Cependant, ce ryokan est situé sur une petite île, donc il est peut-être conforme aux normes. Ce que je peux dire, c'est que la chambre était assez grande et que les installations comprenaient la location gratuite de yukatas, des ramen le soir et la vue sur l'onsen était parfaite. En termes d'emplacement, vous êtes à 8 minutes à pied du sanctuaire Torii, mais comme c'est une petite île, vous n'en serez pas loin, quel que soit votre emplacement. Je pense qu'avec un rafraîchissement de la décoration, l'hôtel pourrait passer de bon à excellent. Mais ne vous attendez pas à une propreté irréprochable.

Ambient accueillant l'hôtel à proximité de la grande porte et du temple Tori. Le personnel était accueillant et le petit déjeuner (inclus) était délicieux. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue était dans notre chambre Ils sont un peu loin du port de ferry mais ils peuvent organiser le transfert

Hautement recommandé ! Le bain sur le toit mérite à lui seul 120 points. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme. À seulement 5 minutes à pied, en partant de l'entrée et en allant tout droit, vous trouverez la gare Shinkansen d'Hiroshima, offrant une excellente desserte. Les rues commerçantes à proximité proposent une grande variété de plats délicieux, y compris des échoppes locales authentiques à découvrir. Parfait pour un séjour confortable en solo. L'hôtel est fréquenté par une clientèle japonaise et les ascenseurs sont pratiques, minimisant ainsi le temps d'attente. Contrairement à certains hôtels accueillant de nombreux groupes de touristes étrangers où même l'attente de l'ascenseur peut être frustrante, cet hôtel authentiquement japonais est vivement recommandé ! 👍👍👍

I come to the island mainly to visit the rabbits and enjoy the quietness with the rabbits in semi nature! And this is the only hotel I can stay on this island. But everything is on average with friendly and helpful staff! The only thing I want to give a feedback is the smell of the room. After staying there for 2 nights, my clothes came with a strange smells from the bedding and its dated and damped smell in the room. Everything is clean but when the building got old, smells will just come along inevitably. So its better to offer air freshener or purifier in the room.

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.

Super endroit où séjourner à Hiroshima. La chambre était assez spacieuse (selon les standards japonais). Facile d'accès depuis la gare en bus, le parc commémoratif et le musée de la paix sont accessibles à pied. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec beaucoup de plats au choix, et tout était savoureux. Il y a aussi une machine à café dans le hall et nous avons eu de la gelée de pomme gratuite dans notre réfrigérateur. Se détendre dans l'onsen était super après une longue journée à Hiroshima et Miyajima, l'endroit était également propre et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour prendre un bain. C'était notre premier séjour au Dormy Inn, et je choisirais certainement à nouveau cette chaîne.

J'ai été satisfait de la propreté de l'hôtel et du petit-déjeuner, ce qui m'a donné un sentiment d'hospitalité. merci beaucoup. Le but de ce voyage, la marche d'adoration du matin, était une expérience émouvante que je n'oublierai jamais. L'explication du batelier était facile à comprendre et la vue sur la grande porte torii depuis la mer était vraiment un spectacle à voir. s'il te plaît! Je sentais que j'aurais pu faire appel davantage. Faute de recherches préalables insuffisantes, je n'ai pas pu utiliser le service de navette depuis la gare et j'ai réussi à m'y rendre à pied sous un soleil de plomb. Je pense que ce serait mieux s'il y avait un plus large éventail d'heures de prise en charge et de retour. J'ai également utilisé cet hôtel à des fins de recherche et c'était un hôtel que j'aimerais certainement utiliser lors de mon prochain voyage avec des amis. merci beaucoup.
