Hôtels avec sources thermales de Préfecture de Nagano, Japon

Quand j'ai connecté ma barre de télévision à feu à la télévision de la chambre d'hôte, le télécommande était très vieux, donc quand j'ai eu des problèmes dans les paramètres environnementaux, un employé est venu dans la chambre d'hôte et a réglé le problème. Je pense que c'est le meilleur service. .. Merci beaucoup. L'atmosphère du petit déjeuner est très bonne, le goût de la nourriture est excellent. Ça vaut la peine de rester.

It was the first night of my entire trip—and also the most expensive one. But it was absolutely worth it! Lake Suwa was right in front of the hotel. If you take the train, it might be a bit of a walk, but since I drove, the location was perfect. The hotel was incredibly spacious, and the onsen was lovely. Dinner (a full course meal) was exceptional, and breakfast was just as impressive—absolutely delicious! One thing I still wonder about: what were those insects outside the window at night? They clung to the glass, and I was afraid they might get inside. Thankfully, the window seals were excellent, so none of them made it indoors. Only the outdoor bath had a few, which was understandable. I truly hope I can go back again—with my mom next time!

It’s a very big hotel. We stayed in the premium wing with balcony. The room is newly renovated but there is a strange rusty smell inside the room, and also in some part of the lobby area maybe due to the carpet, which is quite disgusting. We rent a car on the second day, parking is not free, it’s 1000 yen per night for hotel guest. We do not had breakfast or dine in the hotel. So not much comment on their services. However we never feel welcoming as no staffs will greet you except when the time you arrive with their shuttle bus getting off to check in. There’s no greetings when we check out and leave. Just like we were transparent. Maybe we are foreigners? And maybe there are too many guests though, there was no queue by the time to check out as we left at 10:00am. Just wanna to leave asap. The onsen is always crowded. However CP value is high. What you expect from a large resort? It’s nothing comparable to the high end hotel. But for the price we paid it’s fair enough. Location is super convenient. A plus. But we may not return again.

ツインのお部屋に宿泊しました。　室内も広くゆとりがあり、快適でした。　大きめのデスクとゆったりチェアーで、リモートワークもOK。　色違いで用意されているコップと歯ブラシは、夫が黒系・私が白系で使えて、小さなことですがホテルの方の気づかいを感じ、うれしいポイントでした。　朝食と温泉にももちろん満足です。　リーズナブルな料金でこのクオリティは、本当におすすめです。　また諏訪に滞在する際には、こちらに宿泊します！

Bien qu'un peu vieillot, il semble très propre. Son emplacement est également idéal, à environ 3 minutes à pied de la sortie Zenkoji. Proche du centre-ville, mais suffisamment éloigné pour que le bruit ne soit pas un problème, il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. La climatisation n'est pas un simple interrupteur, mais peut être réglée selon vos préférences, ce qui la rend très confortable. C'est une auberge offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, en face de la gare de Nagano et juste en face du viaduc. L'hôtel s'enregistre automatiquement, grâce à la borne d'enregistrement en libre-service. Les chambres sont disposées au deuxième étage. La buanderie, les distributeurs automatiques et les grands bains sont également au deuxième étage. un bain dans les sources chaudes, donc j'y vais tous les matins et soirs et je reviens. Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre une douche dans la chambre. Après avoir baigné dans la source chaude, ce n'est pas si rafraîchissant d'avoir une bouteille de lait au chocolat Meiji. . La chambre est propre et les articles de toilette sont complets. Même si vous ne les avez pas, vous pouvez simplement vous rendre au grand bain public pour les récupérer. En tant que ville hôte des Jeux olympiques d'hiver de 1998, Nagano est un paradis pour les amateurs de ski du monde entier. Je viens ici pour skier... Je reviendrai certainement ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

The location are perfect, within walking distance to the stores. The hotel offer free shuttle to Ogizawa once a day. The hotel also offer free shuttle to the bus stop anytime we need. The staffs are helpful, polite and patience. The dinner and breakfast are delicious. The hotel and the room are neat and clean.

Concernant la réponse de la réception Tout d'abord, je suis arrivé de nuit et l'ambiance et la réponse du personnel de la réception n'étaient pas très bonnes. Il n'y avait aucune aide avec les bagages, j'ai donc dû utiliser moi-même le chariot à l'entrée. À propos des commodités C'était très enrichissant. Des commodités étaient disponibles dans l’espace à côté de l’ascenseur, j’ai donc pu apporter ce dont j’avais besoin. Une chose que je voudrais souligner est la brosse à dents en bois. J'ai été impressionné par son confort d'utilisation et par la sensation qu'il procure dans ma bouche, ce qui en fait un article merveilleux. A propos de la chambre La pièce était grande, mais il y avait beaucoup d'espace perdu et elle était globalement très humide. Le sol était recouvert de moquette, mais il était si humide que je me sentais mal à l'aise sans porter de pantoufles. Le lit était confortable, mais j'étais aussi préoccupé par l'humidité. À propos du nettoyage des chambres Je suis resté 3 nuits consécutives cette fois, mais la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et des serviettes de bain, des serviettes, du papier toilette, des yukata, etc. ont été laissés devant la porte. Je pense qu'ils peuvent le nettoyer pour vous si vous le demandez. À propos des sources chaudes Il y avait une source chaude au 3ème étage et c'était merveilleux. Il y avait un bain intérieur et un bain extérieur, mais le bain extérieur était particulièrement merveilleux. Toute la salle de bain était propre, équipée de la série Sekkisei et disposait de nombreux équipements. À propos du service de blanchisserie Il y avait un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, le détergent était fourni gratuitement et il était facile à utiliser. À propos du parking J'étais très heureux de pouvoir l'utiliser gratuitement. Il est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l'échangeur de Nagano et je pense que c'est un endroit très pratique pour ceux qui l'utilisent comme base et voyagent en voiture.

We stayed in the hotel for one week. We like the hotel a lot. - Staff are nice and helpful, especially a passionate guy at the front desk. They helped us book restaurants and deal with toll payment. - Breakfast is great. We haven’t felt bored after one week given many varieties. Especially they have “today’s special”, different omelette every day. We like the wasabi cheese omelette. On the other hand, dinner buffet was ordinary. Food became cold. With the same price, we had a nice 7-course French dinner in a nearby restaurant. - Room is nice and clean, although a bit small. Bed is comfortable with different pillows. We have some difficulty to allocate our big suitcase in the room without block the way. However, we noticed poor management for laundry room and emergency cases. - There are only two washing machines. Some people put clothes on washing machines or nearby for queuing. We waited in-person for 15min several times, but someone claimed they came earlier, or said they need to add additional time for dry. We had to wait until midnight to do laundry. - Nice onsen, but poor emergency handling. One day I heard voices from speaker for ＞15min during shower, and then realized it was from a cell phone when I was in indoor bath pool. A lady with black glasses was using the phone in the pool (not sure if taking photos or videos)! I felt very uncomfortable and went to the outdoor onsen. But she came to outdoor onsen shortly. I went back to indoor onsen, and saw the phone on a chair beside the indoor onsen. Another guest also expressed her concern to me. I called emergency phone in changing room, said three times “someone is using cell phone in bathing area, please send a female staff asap”. Unfortunately the guy who answered the call does not understand English. 5mins later he came to the door of changing room, asking who called SOS. I told him again, and he finally understood, but did nothing except asked my room number. After we checked out the next day, the guy saw me and told me in Japanese that “sorry,but we will improve in future” (showed English translation to me). I was very disappointed. 1) Why did the hotel ask a guy who doesn’t understand English to take care of female onsen? What if someone fainted? 2) No actions were taken after I reported issue. No one came to stop the issue, no one checked whether inappropriate photos/videos were taken. Whole staff are nice, the hotel is poorly managed in some places.
