The rooms was awesome. Can see The Lost World of Tambun from the balcony. The cooking utensils is provided but no cooking allowed. The Hot Spring pool is great and kids enjoy it. Location is central to go to most places within 15 to 20 mins drive. McDonald’s and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf are nearby. Overall we really enjoy it....

L'hôtel est à la hauteur de sa description : une oasis loin de la ville. J'ai adoré son emplacement, loin de l'agitation du centre-ville, au cœur d'une nature magnifique. L'hôtel proposait plusieurs équipements uniques, comme le bassin à poissons, la grotte de méditation et la grotte de cristal, qui étaient un véritable enchantement. Nous avons réservé une villa au bord du lac, avec son propre jacuzzi et sa piscine privée, ainsi qu'un joli balcon offrant une vue panoramique sur le lac. L'ensemble du personnel était très sympathique et nous a offert un excellent service. Nous avons également apprécié le dîner au Jeff's Cellar, une expérience époustouflante avec un délicieux menu de 10 plats dans une magnifique grotte calcaire vieille de 260 millions d'années.

J'ai réservé une suite de 3 chambres. C'était spacieux, très propre et avec une vue merveilleuse sur le parc thématique. Tout était parfait sauf pour le bidet de défaut dans le toilette, mais pas un grand problème. Le contrôle automatique d'entrée et de sortie était facile avec des instructions claires. 10⭐️

Recommend if you are looking for a short trip, location is convenient, can go many places for food hunting. Best part is free complimentary tickets for Lost world Hot Spring and Night Park. We enjoyed ourselves with the petting zoo, hot springs and fire shows. The animals inside are very cute… Room is clean and staffs are friendly there. Feel warm as insect repellent lotion is provided. 👍

Une très belle séjour et une bonne expérience dans l'ensemble. 😊 La piscine de l'onsen est belle. Cependant, il semblait qu'il y avait un problème avec l'eau chaude dans la salle de bains, donc nous n'avions qu'eau froide.. Mais certainement une bonne séjour dans l'ensemble! (:

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du parc d'attractions Sunway Lost World of Tambun. Nous avons été impressionnés par son agencement (2 chambres, 2 salles de bain), sa cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes et distributeur d'eau, sa propreté impeccable et la vue depuis le balcon. Nous y avons passé une excellente nuit et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Ipoh. L'hôte est très aimable et notre caution de 100 RM nous a été restituée rapidement, 24 heures après notre départ.

The property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park. The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them. Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

Rumah conner lot dgn view banjaran dan waterpark sangat cantik, sangat dekat dgn LWOT, jalan kaki 3 minit je, parking 2 lot, level 1 shj. owner vy responsive, contact kita dulu 3 hari sebelum date check in..very recommended!

Парк Lost World в двух минутах ходьбы. Благодарим за предоставленный сервис.
