Pros : Room was nice , located just beside the Lost Worlds , is within 5 mins walk to the Lost Worlds entrance , room has no odours 👍 Cons : Lift access card is trouble , it so hard to scan and we always have to stand inside lift , try several times for the card to be scan , and parking is located at level 3 , the lift access card says “your card had no authorise to that level” , we have to go down to G Floor and then scan card again to Level 3. And also , another side was doing construction works so there’s some noise

Service was excellent. The resort was really beautiful and peaceful. You really feel like you're not even in Malaysia at all! The breakfast was really good! Had a wide selection of western and local delights. And it's ala carte buffet so they cook it whenever you order! Drinks are complimentary in your room. Jeff cellar was amazing but do note there's a dress code and it's set meal and dining will take 2.5hrs. Surprising I was not bitten by any mosquitoes. But the spring water in the room was not hot enough... the pool was a little dirty which I feel can be improved... overall though a very nice experience and will definitely come back again!

L'appartement a été très joli dans les photos, mais en réalité, il est très vieux et montre des signes de dégoût et de larmes. Les montres ne fonctionnent pas, les coussins ne sont pas confortables, les lits ne sont pas propres (le corps de ma sœur s'est démangeaisons quand elle dormait sur l'un des lits). L'appartement n'est pas acoustique et donc très bruyant à la nuit, car il est situé très près du parc thématique. Nous avons eu des problèmes de sortir au sol chaque fois que nous sommes en ascenseurs parce que le scanner de cartes clé est vieux et ne fonctionne pas bien.

The exotic twin sharing room is big & decent enough for the us, and also it's very clean. No swimming pool, but who needs a pool when there is a theme park just minutes away from the hotel. We had our breakfasts at the cafe located at theme park's entrance. The service by the staff hotel were wonderful too. My only hope is that they should open up a cafe or two at the hotel catering for the hotel guests. Other than that , would love to come back soon !

Une très belle séjour et une bonne expérience dans l'ensemble. 😊 La piscine de l'onsen est belle. Cependant, il semblait qu'il y avait un problème avec l'eau chaude dans la salle de bains, donc nous n'avions qu'eau froide.. Mais certainement une bonne séjour dans l'ensemble! (:

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

L'emplacement près du parc d'attractions Lost World Tambun est idéal si vous comptez y aller. Sinon, il vous faudra réserver un Grab pour rejoindre le centre-ville en 20 minutes environ. L'appartement est spacieux et au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une supérette (Bila-Bila) où vous pourrez acheter tout le nécessaire : produits de première nécessité, en-cas, boissons et plats préparés. Le 5e étage offre de nombreux équipements : une très belle piscine onsen, une piscine classique, un sauna dans les vestiaires hommes/femmes, une salle de jeux avec billard et baby-foot, une salle de sport et un espace barbecue. Cependant, le chauffe-eau des douches à main des deux salles de bain n'est pas assez chaud. Un lave-linge serait un plus pour laver les maillots de bain, etc. Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement est très bien pour le prix.

Чистота, два санузла, кухонная зона с приборами для приготовления пищи, кулер, кондиционирование. Прекрасный бассейн с морской водой и термобассейн. Фитнесс зал. Отличное впечатление. Парк Lost World в двух минутах ходьбы. Благодарим за предоставленный сервис.

The place is really clean, cozy and comfortable. Just nice for group of 8, comfy bed and room space with two bathrooms. Equipped with water purifier and washing machine which made our stay very convenient. This place has two parking lots as well conveniently located near the lift.

Rumah conner lot dgn view banjaran dan waterpark sangat cantik, sangat dekat dgn LWOT, jalan kaki 3 minit je, parking 2 lot, level 1 shj. owner vy responsive, contact kita dulu 3 hari sebelum date check in..very recommended!
