My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. Parce que la petite ville est à près de 30 kilomètres de la ville de Denizli, le transport n'est pas très confortable et la réservation de gâteau n'est pas très facile.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Можно принимать ванны с минеральной водой прямо в номере, можно в бассейне на территории отеля, чередуя с холодной водой обычного бассейна. Завтраки великолепные. Карахаит - волшебное место! В апреле там цветут маки, а аисты выводят аистят на куполах минаретов. Осенью поспевают гранаты. Горы прекрасны всегда. Хозяева - очень милые люди.

Les chambres sont propres, les toilettes sont propres, les lits sont confortables, le climat est merveilleux, le personnel est superbe, les aides sont tout à fait superbes. Il est bon que les piscines thermales et les piscines de baignade soient ouvertes 24 heures sur 24, et je voudrais saluer le personnel ami des animaux, je vous conseille de réserver sans vous en détourner.
