Conveniently located near everything in Hot Springs. It's a 10 minute drive to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino; 10 minutes to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park; 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Hot Springs; 8 minutes to Mid-America Museum; and 15 minutes to Garvin Woodland Gardens! There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat.
