L'emplacement est idéal. L'hôtel propose une navette gratuite pour Universal. Vous devez prendre rendez-vous à l'avance. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de bouteilles d'eau et ne fournira pas activement de pantoufles, de brosses à dents et de dentifrice. Il est recommandé d'apporter votre possèdent ~ surtout une bouilloire ~ il y a un Starbucks dans l'hôtel mais ils se coucheront tôt. , il y a aussi des petits magasins vendant des snacks, des biscuits et des glaces. Le prix sera plus cher. Il y a un endroit pour faire le plein d'eau à côté de la salle de sport. Il y a des fridqys en diagonale en face de l'hôtel où vous pouvez manger. Vous pouvez rejoindre le supermarché en quelques minutes en voiture. Si vous avez de la place dans vos bagages, vous pouvez toujours apporter vos propres collations. Les boissons sont les plus rapides

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Après avoir séjourné trois nuits, le premier jour de check-in tard, la piscine ne voit aucun paysage, et la chambre a un bruit, et ne s'est pas réparée à deux heures du matin. Sans eau minière, chaussures, dents, même si cela n'est pas possible, la question principale est que sans chaussures, les chaussures peuvent leur demander de faire un formulaire comme un chaussure, et les lits sont encore très chauds. Le bon endroit est de changer une chambre le lendemain, la vue est bonne. Et beaucoup de bus sont plus pratiquement disponibles pour retourner dans le monde entier, et vous pouvez entrer au parc une heure plus tôt.

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. This means you’re early awake from the sun coming in your rooms.

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

Je peux en toute confiance attribuer à cet hôtel acceptant les chiens une note cinq étoiles bien méritée, car notre expérience là-bas était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis chaleureusement et leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité ont été évidentes tout au long de notre séjour. Notre ami à quatre pattes a été traité comme un VIP. L’engagement de l’hôtel à accueillir les chiens était remarquable et notre animal s’est senti comme chez lui dès le début. Au-delà de l'aspect acceptant les animaux de compagnie, l'hôtel en lui-même était un véritable délice. L'espace piscine offre une évasion rafraîchissante avec une bonne musique. Les chambres étaient toujours propres et le parfum agréable qui imprégnait l'hôtel créait une atmosphère accueillante et accueillante. Il était évident que le personnel prenait grand soin d'assurer une expérience confortable et agréable à tous les invités. À notre retour pour notre troisième visite, notre amour pour cet endroit n’a fait que se renforcer. Si vous recherchez un havre de paix pour les chiens où convergent un service exceptionnel, une ambiance magnifique et des chambres immaculées, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cet hôtel est un joyau absolu que nous ne pouvons nous empêcher d’adorer.

Good food but service has a lot to improve. its not a matter of the people, but the process. Sunday, mothers day, the only food available during the afternoon was Steak Kebabs, that would take forever to arrive (they were good by the way). We couldn't have dinner at the place so we anticipated our checkout, but the system just did not close the account. They made me wait for 30 minutes until I decided to leave, so we could have a proper meal before the restaurant would close. Did not check my invoice yet, but it should be ok. For clarity, place is amazing, room was great, people were great, but there is a lack of process and good management. The grab and go, beach service and pool teams were super nice.

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended
