Le service, la nourriture, le bain à remous étaient excellents et le personnel était très attentionné. La seule chose que j'aurais aimé pouvoir être meilleure, ce sont les prises pour brancher mon téléphone. Nous n'avons pas pu en trouver un dans la chambre / dortoir (tatami japonais). Assurez-vous donc d'apporter un chargeur portable si vous ne voulez pas vous éloigner de votre téléphone. Un autre conseil serait plus un régal s'ils fournissaient un masque facial et des vêtements de nuit. La raison pour laquelle je suggérerais cela est qu'un autre hôtel concurrent a fourni des articles de toilette très attentionnés pour les dames et je pense que c'était un énorme avantage pour moi étant donné que nous avons dépensé beaucoup d'argent pour une nuit. Quoi qu'il en soit, dans l'ensemble, la villa 32 est idéale si vous voulez juste passer quelques heures pour vous détendre.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est de bonne qualité, l'équipement est complet et novateur, les matelas sont confortables et moyennement moelleux, et le chauffage électrique est judicieusement installé, qui peut être utilisé immédiatement si le temps se refroidit soudainement. Il y a de nombreux grands magasins à proximité, il est donc très pratique de faire du shopping lorsque vous sortez.

Excellent guest service. Someone from the staff is always very willing and ready to assist you at anytime. The room including the bathroom was clean and organized. It is diagonally across from the Miramar shopping center where you can eat at Starbucks, Friday’s, and Tim Ho Wan. Also, you can eat at the food court with a lot of different choices such as pasta or iron steak including Burger King, Krispy Kreme, Baskin Robbins and Cold Stone Creamery. There are also Chinese, Thai and Korean restaurants. You can also watch movies there as there is a huge cinema at Miramar shopping center. It is just a block and a half way from the MRT Jiannan Road stop exit 3. Also, if you want to enjoy good steak there is a Ruth Chris steakhouse very near the hotel. The hotel may not be in downtown Taipei but it is not far from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT stop where there are many choices for good food and good shopping. The hotel is a good choice for a quiet place to stay if you value a good night sleep at a five star hotel without having an extremely expensive room rate. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
