Удобный отель, все чисто. Номер был чистый и большой, был балкон. В отеле есть бассейн. Вай-фай работал хорошо. Завтрак вкусный, был дополнительно повар который готовил блины или яишницу по желанию.

Just back after another great holiday. Yes the rooms are basic but clean with excellent beds.The lads that work there are so friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast always had plenty. Will be back next year for another wonderful time.

Had a great holiday at this little gem of a hotel. Rooms are basic but spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Pool area is lovely and maintained daily. The making of this hotel is the staff. The lads at the bar were amazing in making us welcome and work so hard going above and beyond. Breakfast is typically Turkish but we enjoyed it as it made us all try new stuff! Cereals, toast etc all available. Bar menu through the day was really good fresh tasty food, a little on the expensive side but worth it. We ate out most days anyway but was good for a snack around the pool. Thank you to all the staff from us Geordies!

We choose this hotel after reading some of the reviews……. Good points = the young man who was on reception when we arrived in the early hours was lovely, pool area is great, lovely large pool and lots of Sunbed’s , bed in the room was really comfortable and the balcony was spacious, air con is free Bad points = bathroom not clean, mould around the shower head and the shower door, plug socket hidden behind a drawer in the bedroom and one in the middle of the headboard on the bed , bed was changed 3 times in two weeks and the towels was the same. Breakfast was Turkish which I don’t usually mind but there was hardly any Choice, no fresh fruit so most mornings it was bread, jam and cheese. I have been to olu deniz many times and I ve never been charged £56 for the use of a safe ,also if you want a drink from the bar this goes on a bill which is too be paid at the end of your stay and if you pay by card you pay an additional 10% . There is a sign at reception to say if you consume any drinks or snacks you had purchased out side you would be fined ,,,,,,, The hotel needs to be updated , towels where out on Sunbed’s as early as 6.30 am Would I return to this hotel ? Sadly not

Second time staying here And we love it Nice family run hotel B/B and breakfast is more than adequate,something for everyone. It’s such a friendly hotel staff are wonderful and that includes them all. Can’t do enough for you to make sure your holiday goes smoothly See you all again next year

We had a good holiday here. The hotel is situated in the centre of everything and only a short walk from the main ***** and beachfront area. However, the hotel, in our opinion needs a bit of TLC and refurbishment. That’s why only 3 star rating. Our room was situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The rooms are very basic but the beds were comfy and clean and we had clean towels every day. We did notice during our stay that there became a problem with the cleaning of the rooms and heard similar from other guests that they had a change of cleaning staff and the owners were having to step in. Our balcony area wasn’t swept in 2 weeks and the toilet was only cleaned once at the end of our holiday. I cleaned ours myself. Be aware though that your fridge capacity at home is probably bigger than the ground floor balcony area and not a lot of room to manoeuvre. Breakfast in our opinion was typically Turkish and really nice with plenty on offer, meats, cheese, water melon, eggs, salad, olives, fresh bread, jams etc and plenty tea and coffee. If I was rating the staff at this hotel I would give it 5 stars. They work tirelessly and are very friendly and nothing too much trouble, especially the young men at the bar who are just lovely and full of fun. If you want a quiet holiday then this probably isn’t the place for you. It can be really noisy. We didn’t bother much but others did. Although the bar is open until around 2am, the noise came from other guests who at times were a bit rowdy but again just having fun. If the hotel had a lick of paint I’d give it an extra star. All in all a good holiday but the hotel needs work done.

Just back from 17 days , family group and we all had a great time, great friendly staff that can’t do enough for you , rooms cleaned every day, good breakfast, great location, great bar , reasonable prices for drinks and food, Can’t fault this lovely family hotel, some of our group have already booked to go back

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Belcehan Beach, our room (P2) was spacious, (yes a little dated) but clean with a brilliant powerful shower, very effective air con and a decent size fridge. The pool area was perfect for us, we always managed to get a lounger and it was spotlessly clean, the pool was cleaned every night (my teens named the pool hoover Dimitri and commended him on a good job every night 😂). Breakfast was traditional Turkish but really plentiful, lovely fresh breads and a good toaster, cereal, coffee, tea and juice with a wide range of meats, cheese, fruit, jams, honeys and spreads and salads and 2 hot options which changed every day with options such as beans, scrambled egg, Turkish sausage, cheese rolls etc. The staff where always helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a perfect location and we had no issues with noise and slept really well on a very comfortable, form bed. We used our room as a base for exploring Olu and it was perfect for us, close to the ***** and Dolmus road, with a Dolmus stop, 2 minutes away.

I booked a stay with Belcehan Beach. Sadly, I had to cancel last minute due to a family bereavement. Kaan was so kind. He cancelled my booking and waived the full fee. Thank you so much, I will be rebooking ny stay at Belcehan next year 🙏
