I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the restaurant was tidy and busy, but the accommodation was a different story. I booked a double room. Upon arrival to room i noticed ripped wall paper, only 1 cup and 1 chain and only 1 bedside cabinet and 1 table lamp. With a double bed, the electric cable for second bedside light had been cut from the socket. In the bathroom there were no plug in either the shower or wash basin, so if anything fell it would go straight down the drain. In the evening there was no hot water. This was room 11, when i realised there was no hot water in morning i went to reception, i was told the room was only set up for 1 person as i was staying myself, so 1 mug, 1 chair and all otherbits had been removed was the impression i got off. I was then moved to room 1 which the shower head does not lock onto the height adjustable rod but it accepted it. I went back to room 11 when i got back to the hotel at night to collect my bag and move to room 1 and i had been told in morning that room 11 was getting put out of service until, room was fixed but when i went back in fresh towels were sitting for another person so room clearly was not put out of service, otherwise fresh towels would not be sitting on bed.
