I had a nice stay in Centro corniche hotel...

Excellent business hotel. The team from front desk to house keeping to restaurant service team are very polite and respectful. Location is very convenient, hotel is very clean, F&B just so excellent. Everything is well organised. It’s THE hotel for all my future visits.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with a high focus on customer service and cleanliness. I was thoroughly impressed the high standards during my stay and had great interactions with all staff members. Overall I would highly recommend to any friends or family.

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

We had an amazing short staycation last August 4-5, 2023 here in this hotel. Great strategic location as it is along Corniche road, with a lot of restaurants, shops and grocery nearby. What made our stay even better was the customer service provided by Rafael of Housekeeping department. As soon as I stepped out of the lift, he greeted me and asked for my room number to assist me. Learning that the room does not have a good view, he checked the availability and possibility of me moving to another room. Our stay was extra special because of this change of having a spectacular view. We cannot resist but just lay down on the bed and see the beauty of Corniche. The photo speaks for itself! In addition, he adequately informed us of the facilities available in the hotel as well as the complimentary bottled water (upon consumption of the initial complimentary bottled water) The only thing I wish for is the extended timing of the pool and privacy of the hotel guests as the area is open for outside guests (for coffee)

Thank you for the good experience, but one thing im looking for are slippers i thought they have, overall was great experience. We will come back again, worth it our staying here in al khobar….

This is my first time visiting this amazing hotel and everyone is cooperating from the all team clean room and amazing food and service. It’s family hotel and you can enjoy with all facilities, Definitely will be back in near future Thanks all team.

This was my sixth time in this hotel. I do love Centro Alkhobar, but I have some comments based ob my last visit: * the overall rating is awesome for me in reference to the room cleaning and arrangement. Moreover for the top roof cafe and swimming pool; they are really perfect. * I recommend the sea view rooms for the fantastic view. * some of the reception staff members lack professionalism during check in and some other requests. * three elevators are inadequate for the hotel rooms specially in high seasons. We had to wait for than 15 min to get an elevator up or down many times. I hope they can find a solution for this annoying problems. The overall rating is very good.

Today I had a special encounter to finally meet the hotel housekeeper who both maintains my clean and well-stocked room when he stopped by to pick up some shirts I needed to be laundered. His name is Dev - on his name tag. When I asked where he was from, he responded in perfect English that he is from Nepal and feels so fortunate to be able to represent his hotel employer and meet others from all over the world. Having visited Nepal twice, I thoroughly enjoyed the ensuing brief discussion about his home country. After having to leave for work, I thought how fortunate the hotel is to have such ambassadors working for them. Having experienced similar professionalism and friendliness by both those in reception and in the restaurant, I will be sure to return to this extraordinary hotel!

check in time is too long around 2 hours ! and no apology or welcoming drinks was provided. bathroom accessories are shortage such tooth brush and towel hanger in shower area . break fast is not allowed to serve in room if you are going to take from open buffet in ground floor so you can not take food to your room just eat in ground floor . .

I had a bad reception experience as I had to spend a long time doing the check in process and I didn’t like their room services as it takes forever to get whatever you need. The receptionists are not friendly however you get to have a late check out till 2pm. The room is very small comparing to the price.
