Avis : Zhuhai Marriott Hotel Jinwan

Le service moyen , car personne ne parle vraiment l’anglais. Le petit déjeuner c’était la galère trop de monde , fallait faire la queue. J’ai du attendre 1 heure après il y’en a pas assez de nourriture, Les personnel savait même pas comment se prendre, aucune sourire et à la fin on a pas vraiment envie de déjeuner .Pour un hôtel de cette calibre et comme je voyage beaucoup fallait mieux organiser. Je suis e général déçu.on attend comme des imbecile , personne ne vient vous voire , au moins ayant la gentillesse de vous donner une boisson en attente

It was a birthday trip and the room was beautifully decorated and the hotel gave us a very nice birthday cake. Overall the room was spacious and clean and the receptionist, Jennet, was very efficient and professional. We will be back again for sure!

My recent stay was less comfortable than I had hoped. The room felt smaller and more minimal than expected, and some features appeared a bit dated. On a positive note, I appreciated the breakfast buffet—it was well-prepared and offered a good selection. However, the complimentary dining cocktail experience felt underwhelming and could be improved to provide a more polished and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I feel there is room for the staff to further develop their hospitality skills to enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for the service provided during my stay.

Not in downtown but convenient if you’re going to massive seafood market. Nice to have a swimming pool open during the winter shame it was not heated though. Check in took a bit longer as the reservation of three rooms was made separately it seems.

A nice trip here, next to shopping mall. Can stay here if need staycation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool and steam room were delightful. The food was excellent, whether dining in or ordering room service. Jennet’s exceptional customer service truly made my experience special, and she recommended great places to visit. Highly recommend this gem!

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.

Hotel service is good and staff is very polite and friendly. Hotel inside maintains Marriott high standard. The non-smoking room has some smell of smoke unfortunately. The hotel is located next to the lake and there are many mosquitoes near the lake at night. Overall speaking, the customer experience is very good.  . 

The hotel is nice . I love the staff and vibe . The only thing I would like to say is the air conditioning sucks.

We had a lovely family stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, cozy, and very child-friendly — our kids felt right at home. Breakfast was great, and the staff were always warm and welcoming. We especially want to thank Jennet for her amazing support. She was so kind and patient with our little ones, and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. Thanks to her, the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. We’ll definitely come back again as a family — highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids!

Marriot Zhuhai is in a very good location, near a major shopping mall & large city park with a beautiful lake. There are also a lot of restaurants and many varieties near the hotel. Facilities are good & clean as other top tier 5 stars hotels. One area made Marriot different was their friendly employee and they are extremely helpful. During the check-in process, my Wechat contact was added by the hotel. A hotel staff Jennet Liao contacted me via Wechat to ensure we were happy with the hotel & answered questions about the surrounding area. Jennet contact became very helpful in the later part of my travel, because my wife left her jacket in the room after checking out. Therefore, I contacted Jennet for help & she managed to find the jacket & sent to me in Shenzhen by express. When she found that we missed the package in Shenzhen, she initiated a request to forward the package to my next stop of hotel in Hong Kong. I was impressed by their services to follow through the request with extra step to ensure the package reached my next stop. Thank you!

We have had a great time. Understand that the occupancy rate can be really high due to vacation period but staff has displayed high professionalism and patience - especially Gary and Jennet who helped with our check out. Really impressed with their flexibility and personalised service.
