那天我到的時候已經是晚上11點了，老闆給我換到另一家名宿。我內心特別恐懼。但是深更半夜，也沒法拖個大行李箱到處跑。衹能跟老闆去到他另一家名宿。然而就在我住下後，由於房間沒有窗户，然後房間一個門有雜物間，嚇得我不敢睡覺。然後因為缺氧才昏昏沉沉睡去，這一睡就是2天。直到第三天早上我打開樓頂推拉門才好一點。但是樓頂的門也不能一直開着，2層高，房子挨房子。別人家樓頂可以直接過來。 老闆説因為地區的原因，斷電了，沒有電。那麼既然沒有電，你掛網上幹嘛?這是掛羊頭賣狗肉嗎？

I had high hopes for Asma Han Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations due to several management and service issues for our group of 13 guests. Booking & Room Assignment Issues From the beginning, we faced issues with our reservation. Despite being promised certain rooms and prices, the arrangements changed multiple times leading up to our stay. While they reduced the price for booking all 9 rooms, once we reduced the number of rooms to 6, we were allocated rooms that were far below acceptable standards, even for a one-star hotel. On arrival, they gave three of the better rooms to other new guests who booked recently while assigning us ground-floor rooms with serious problems. One room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was full of mold. One of our guests, who has breathing issues, found it impossible to stay in such conditions. After significant discussions, the management did move us to a better room next day, but by that point, the damage was done. Additionally, despite written confirmation that we could check into three rooms early on first day, this promise was retracted just a day before our arrival, further adding to the confusion and frustration. Facilities & Cleanliness Some basic facilities were not up to par. For example, one room had a wet, used towel hanging up upon our check-in, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. Also, the bathrooms lacked soap, and when we mentioned this upon checkout, we were told we should have asked. Basic amenities like soap should be available by default in any hotel room. Breakfast & Additional Charges The breakfast was fine but came with unexpected extras. While they did serve breakfast, items like omelets and even coffee came with additional charges. Strangely, they served orange juice to some guests, but when we requested some, they claimed they had no oranges left. At checkout, we were also surprised by additional charges for water consumed during our stay, which we had not been informed about until the very end. Positives On the bright side, the hotel has a beautiful garden, a great location, and breakfast was generally decent. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center, which made exploring the area convenient. Additionally, the hotel owner gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Suggestions for Improvement -Honesty and consistency in communication about room reservations. -Clear upfront information about any additional charges (e.g., for water, coffee, and breakfast items). -Improvement in room cleanliness and maintenance, especially with issues like mold and bad odors. -Ensure all rooms meet a basic standard before being rented out. While the location and garden were lovely, the management needs to address these issues to meet the standard that guests expect from a hotel in this category.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Alacati- this is it! From the second we arrived we were taken care of by the kind and friendly staff. It also helped that we visited during the week so we were one of the few guests. We spent many mornings, afternoons, and evenings in the backyard garden which was probably the best part of the whole hotel! The eclectic vibe and beautiful surrounding nature was the perfect place to relax and hang out for our group. The free breakfast served every morning was also the best part (ok, I can’t choose just one)- multiple plates of cheese, fruit, freshly cooked eggs, vegetables, fresh jams- everything was amazing and we enjoyed it every morning on the back patio. The location is just perfect- it’s riiiight on the edge of the town so it doesn’t get too loud or rowdy at night but you’re also only about 5 minutes walking to the center of all the action. The rooms are all very rustic and charming- each with their own design and features. Ours had a nice bench seat along the window which was great for relaxing and looking out onto the street. The staff doesn’t speak a ton of English but we got by thanks to our limited Turkish (and one Turkish friend!). Would highly recommend this hotel :)

If you want to rest and you want to feel special you need to choose this place. ❤️ here is every detail beautiful. And for me the most important thing is peace what i needed and i found it here. Hotel is so so cleanly and so much beauty every detail. ❤️

Eşimle birlikte 20 Kasım da kaldık gerçekten çok kaliteli hizmet ve Güleryüz ile karşılaştık odalar tertemiz bahçesi çok huzurlu misafir perverlikleri için Hasan beye teşekkür ederiz tekrar gideceğiz.

2 aile 2 günlük kalmak için gittiğimiz otelde 1 gün zor kaldık. Odalar aşırı pisti. Banyolar kıl dolu. Örtüler ve çarşaflar lekeliydi. Ayrıca kalmadığımız günün ücretini de almaya çalıştılar. Ve gelemeyen arkadaşımıza iade etmediler.

Von dem ersten Tag an war ich sehr begeistert. Freundlich und sehr hilfsbereite Personal man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben dort. Zimmer sehr sauber. Bin für 3 Tage hin und blieb 4 Wochen am Stück. Die Familiere Atmosphäre fand ich einfach toll. Liegt Sehr zentral. War schon in einigen hotels dort aber Asmahan ist mein Favorit

Muhteşem bir aile ortamı gittiğimizde otelin bazı odalarında yenileme çalışmaları vardı. yastıklar ve nevresimler çok rahat ve bahçe çok huzurlu. çarşının içinde ama tamamen gürültüsüz. başka arkadaşlarımıza da tavsiyede bulunduk ve ortak yorumumuz.

Alaçatı’da evimde gibi konfor ve güvende hissetmeme neden olan Sevgili Leyla hanım ve Hasan Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tek başıma yaptığım seyahatlerde benim için olmazsa olmaz güvenli ve temiz konaklamadır, Asmahan Otele fazlasını bulacağımı bilmeden gittim ve benim için büyük şanstı. Konakladığım iki gün boyunca hava soğuktu ancak odaların ısıtması ***et iyiydi, ayrıca odam çok temiz ve rahattı. Sabah kahvaltı salonuna indiğimde koltukta yatan ve annesini emmeye çalışan henüz iki gün önce doğmuş dünya güzeli patili yavrular vardı, yavruların ve annesinin üşümemesi için işletme sahibinin sürekli battaniye ile üstlerini örtmesi, onlara olan ilgisi ve merhameti bana bir kez daha konaklamada ne kadar isabetli bir tercih yaptığımı doğruladı. Bana “bundan sonra Alaçatı’da bir eviniz var“ dediler ve gerçekten evimde gibi hissettirdiler çok teşekkür ediyorum. Artık Alaçatı’da hiç tereddüt etmeden gidebileceğim bir evim var☺️

Şömineli odada kaldık, güzeldi ama tuvaletler temiz değildi. Konumu güzel, buzdolabı da çalışmıyordu. Ayrıca şömine için İnternette görülen fiyata 100 tl ilave istediler. Kartla/ havale ile ödeme de yapamadık, nakit istediler. Şömine için maşa vs yoktu.

Kışın şömineli odasını tercih etmiştik öncelikle ısıtması yetersizdi ve şöminenin ilk odunları hariç ek ücret vermek zorunda kaldık çünkü çok üşüdük personel ilgiliydi ancak kahvaltısı çok vasattı ve temizlik içinde çok iyi yorum yapamayacağım
