We would like to clarify that this response is not directed at you but rather to inform our future guests and even those who may have been organizing to give us a 1-star review, even though they have not stayed at our hotel. Firstly, we would like to provide some information regarding the parking issue you mentioned. We do not have a private parking area or valet service at our hotel. The area you referred to as "parking" is actually a public street with high traffic. Considering the traffic conditions in the area, we kindly ask our guests to provide their license plate numbers as a precautionary measure. On the mentioned Saturday night, we contacted you to inform that two cars were completely blocked due to your vehicles, and we kindly asked for your cooperation to move them. However, we were not aware of your whereabouts and the time it would take for you to return to your cars. We expected you to contact us back using the number we called from if you needed any assistance, and we would have gladly helped you. Regarding the incident you mentioned with the individuals near your car, after you expressed that you were acquainted with them and had a conversation with them, our staff and other guests in the area assumed everything was normal. We had no reason to be concerned at that moment. We were able to review the entire incident through our security cameras to ensure we had all the details. We want to emphasize that we take any reported incidents, especially of this nature, very seriously and conduct thorough investigations to address any concerns raised. Regarding the refund process, we must clarify that we were not obligated to refund your last night's stay, as you did not have the right to request a refund. However, despite this, we proceeded with the refund via bank transfer, and there are several witnesses to this transaction. Furthermore, you also have the transaction receipt as evidence. Despite all of the above, we find it difficult to understand your intentions in unjustly and falsely accusing our staff, writing misleading reviews about our hotel. Our priority is to treat all our guests with equal care and attention. Should you need any documentation such as the receipt or footage from our security cameras, please do not hesitate to contact us. With best regards,

Composing a comment filled with baseless allegations and offensive language, which wrongfully accuses our guests and staff, and disseminating deceptive information about our hotel, is unequivocally unacceptable. Please be aware that we are committed to pursuing these negative comments with the required actions and utilizing our legal rights.
