Below the average . Rooms are average, not very clean Stuff are friendly and nice. Location very good. Breakfast not good

Also w-lan im hotel Bereich kostet täglich 2 Euro pro Person strand gegenüber von der Straße musst wieder für liegen extra bezahlen pro liege2 Euro nur steine dreckiges Wasser war 1 mal dort nie wieder ,zimmer mussten wir wechseln wegen dem Geruch von kanalizationen die Frauen an der Rezeption arbeiten voll unhöflich und arrogant essen präpariert wenn um gleich und Wassermelone geht Getränke nur Glas weiße bekommst du nur service Mitarbeiter waren top,Pool sehr klein immer besetzt keine Animation am abend es gibt super klasse hotels für den preis sonst schade ums Geld der hamam was nicht zum hotel gehört war 10 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Брали в этой гостинице большой номер для всей семьи. В целом остались довольны. Расположение гостиницы отличное, первая линия. Персонал приветливый. Могло быть чуть почище в номере , но это в целом придирки. Из явных минусов - слабый вай фай( номер был на последнем этаже во втором корпусе).

Rien à dire sur le personnel de l’accueil qui est très gentil et agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial. Cependant la propreté est loin d’être leur point fort. Le balai n’est pas passé dans les chambres… les serviettes et draps ne sont pas changés sauf contre sous votre demande et encore… Petite anecdote pour vous faire visualiser la propreté de l’hôtel : Un piegon à réussi à rentrer dans notre salle de bain et est mort sur nos toilettes. Jusqu’à ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel nous sommes d’accord. En revanche, venir enlever le pigeon et seulement tirer la chasse d’eau ?? Ni désinfecter les toilettes ? Ni nettoyer la salle de bain?? Vous comprendrez que l’accumulation de la saleté m’as marqué dans cet hôtel malgré la bienveillance du personnel…

Très bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. Bonne nourriture, bon service et personnel très gentil. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Jolie petite piscine dans la cour, pas pour nager sérieusement, mais c'est super pour se détendre. Assez d'espace pour le nombre de chaises de piscine. Vous avez des dépenses supplémentaires pour Internet et aussi pour une utilisation en toute sécurité. 3 étoiles bien méritées !

Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place was great. Didn't have any problems . All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was great , it's in Turkey so it's not English food. It's delicious and fresh every day. I have no complaints whatsoever, had a lovely time and will come back.

The hotel was very clean with a lovely pool area however not all rooms have balconies. We paid to upgrade upon check in and where very satisfied. Staff dont speak english and food was not very nice which was a let down. Rooms are lovley and good atmosphere

Do NOT ruin your holiday by staying at this appalling “All Inclusive Hell hotel” Rooms in prison would be more appealing than staying in this place -arrived late on after a long flight to find a pokey room two beds with only sheets over them (no blankets or duvet) went to reception and was told it would be sorted in the morning and to just put up with it tonight!. All inclusive ? My friend and I are in our 70s and only like a glass of wine or two at most in the evenings - we were told almost nightly we couldn’t get a drink as they had ran out or one night at 9.30pm after a day shopping we arrived to order our first glass of wine that day only to be advised by a very RUDE barman all inclusive had closed if we wanted a wine we had to pay for it! It was an absolute joke this hotel is appalling Pls trust me and stay well clear off it or risk spending your holiday in misery counting the days to your flight home arrives Absolutely appalling

You won't be disappointed 👍 this is a 3 star ⭐ hotel and it's nice and what you should expect for 3 star ⭐. The Staff who work in the day and everything are 5 star ⭐, the cleaners the lads on bar ect are great 😃, the girls are lovely 🤩 make you laugh and feel happy 😊, I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cheap getaway 👍. beautiful view from the balcony,couldn't ask for anything better.nice and relaxing 😎 in the evening playing cards.The food is ok plenty of fresh salad and pasta, various meat options, the lasagne is 👌 and the chicken and rice 🍚 were very nice, the sweets section is nice if you have a sweet 🧁 tooth like my husband 🤩.all in all we have had Belly laughs with the lads and lady on reception 🫶 , getting a full hamma and sauna experience tomorrow so I will have to review that separately but all in all this hotel is great and the perfect location with the beach ⛱️ literally on the doorstep 😍 and shopping and restaurants in easy access either side, so spoilt for choice 👌 .

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in wouldn’t advise any one to stay here. The food and drinks were disgusting and the room was terrible. Had no working toilet for the full week we was there. The staff mainly on reception didn’t care and at the best of times were very rude Every one who I spoke to who were all staying at the hotel was all upset and said it’s been a nightmare.

So where do I start. So upon arrive in turkey we proceed to find bus to take us to hotel. With immediate feelings something didn’t feel right. Travelling the motorway our driver gets a blow out and stood immediately in his tracks, not pulling over to a safe place just stopping in the middle of the motorway. He tried to tell every one stay on board do not move. But sorry instinct kicks in and there are children on board too. With all our fellow travel we get the heck out. And just as well. Boom cars and bikes piled into our bus. Driver didn’t seem to phased but damn it was scary. 5 hours 25 mins late to our hole we get to reception to be told no rooms available, after very heated discussions we had no choice but to pay an extra £250 to be able to get some sleep. Our room was right at from of hotel so great views over the sea. That is the best but if our holiday. No free WiFi as described and we had booked all inclusive. What a mistake. On site should have been a shop. This consisted of two fridges that’s it. The room was not great at all. Certainly not what was shown on website to holiday company. The bedding was dirty and toilet seat was broken. Reported this to reception to be told if I wanted fixed I would need to pay. I promptly told them stick it. Food was horrendous and I mean horrendous. As in. Not edible. God knows what the chef was but it certainly was not fit for human consumption. If we could of got home on day three we would of believe me. When ever I reported anything to management I was met with aggressive behaviour. I would not recommend this place to even the cockroach’s there. Even the locals we got to know in restaurants called our hotel “ no1 **** hotel in Alanya “ so our all inclusive holiday cost us another £2500 on top just to survive. Please do not entertain this ****** place 🫣

We went for an eight day, all inclusive stay (what was included? Additional charge only?!) Would definitely not recommend. Room was terrible, food disgusting and not at all fresh, pool closed at the most popular time of day and, alcohol and no alcoholic drinks were watered down and the most basic accommodations were at an additional charge, with the staff and manager being no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!
