voyage de groupe, bon accueil, restauration des plus basique, literie minable, personnel sympa, propreté acceptable, animations musicales bien mais trop prés du réfectoire et très bruyant. les touristes venus s'éclater la nuit et déranger les autres sont sales, dommage, la petite ville est sympa et les plages sont bien.

Vraiment un bel hôtel dans un cadre rare et préservé par rapport à beaucoup d'autres resort sur cette côte. Une très belle plage en accès direct ce qui est un plus. Un centre de thalassothérapie de très bonne qualité avec un accès à 30€ / semaine / personne ce qui est raisonnable. Un rêve au mois de décembre avec peu de monde et un temps superbe. Les piscines extérieures sont chauffées à 24° ce qui sous un grand soleil et 25° en journée permet la baignade, nombreux étaient aussi ceux qui profitaient de la mer avec cette température exceptionnelle. Les chambres vue mer sont vraiment top. Le seul bémol est notre déception sur la qualité du dîner du réveillon de Noël. Un buffet pas top pour un coût bien trop élevé ! Le restaurant sur la plage est top bien qu'un peu cher mais la qualité est irréprochable. L'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel hôtel, restaurant, bar est très chaleureux et professionnel. Peu parlent français, mais beaucoup font des efforts. Et avec un peu de d'anglais on se débrouille 😉 Un séjour de rêve ( à cette saison ) .

L'hôtel est grand et dispose de plusieurs attractions, des piscines intérieure et extérieure et de l'animation, de la salle de sport, de l'aire de jeux, toutes très bonnes. Points positifs - propreté irréprochable, amabilité du personnel, eau chaude, petit électroménager ancien mais qui fonctionnait parfaitement, télévision câblée avec plusieurs chaînes. Points négatifs - les meubles sont vieux, les matelas sont inconfortables, à la réception, j'ai été assisté par une personne inexpérimentée et j'ai été facturé deux fois la valeur du lit supplémentaire, Internet très faible, nous n'avons jamais réussi à obtenir un signal pendant notre séjour. Beaucoup à améliorer pour un bon confort des hôtes.

Appartement hôtel car les chambres possède une petite cuisine équipée . Restauration d'un très bon niveau . Propreté et literie au top sans parler du bar et de la piscine d'un haut niveau . Petit bémol restaurant au niveau -1 ( certainement pour être au niveau bar et piscine ). Un peu de marche pour se rendre au centre . Les chambres avec numéros pairs donnent sur la piscine et impairs sur l'arrière .

Avant la fin de la Liga européenne à Séville, avec la grande victoire de notre entrée, j'ai séjourné deux nuits dans la magnifique Albufeira. L'hôtel Tropical Sol est situé dans une bonne position entre la vieille ville et le ******. Nous avons séjourné plus dans la vieille ville, il y a environ 15 minutes. L'arrivée et le personnel étaient aimables. Il y a suffisamment de parkings gratuits devant l'hôtel. L'hôtel est un peu plus vieux et la chambre est plutôt bien équipée. J'avais une chambre égale avec vue sur la piscine. Malheureusement, la chambre n'était pas parfaitement nettoyée, donc j'ai encore trouvé les cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le paysage de l'hôtel est composé en grande partie d'invités britanniques. Mais cela ne m'inquiète pas, enfin, c'est dans de nombreux coins de Albufeiras. Le petit déjeuner est également plus facile à garder et orienté vers les invités britanniques (toast, beans, etc.). Ce qui m'a surpris, c'est que les réflexions sont vraiment très bonnes. Je connais un grand nombre d'hôtels plus modernes et de meilleure qualité, mais pour quelques nuits, l'hôtel est tout à fait suffisant. Le prix était vraiment excellent, on ne peut pas le faire.

My wife and I stayed here in late November 23 for a week ,a rest and a bit of sunshine The hotel is ideally located and close enough to the ***** and the hotel Located on what is known as worm roundabout (they all have names apparently) on the main road through Albufeira,but don’t let that worry you ,we weren’t bothered by the noise We had a room facing the hotel at the rear which only got the sun early morning ,the ones at front get the most sun if you like a bit balcony time The hotel is nice enough and very clean ,the cleaning staff work very hard . However the rooms require some updating to the bathrooms and kitchen areas ,but ax a base it’s good enough The pool although is large may not be in summer when the hotel is full All the staff we came across where very friendly

Stayed here recently and will never go back. The bathroom stunk of raw sewage coming from the sink or toilet and got worse each time someone in surrounding rooms used there shower or toilet. We were constantly having to spray room with air fresheners. We reported it to reception and they said this is Portugal........ what do they mean, been going to Portugal for 15 year and never had this problem. Told reception we wanted it sorted or we want a new room. They never sent anyone and never offered a new room. The light switch inside the door was loose and fell off exposing the wires beneath. Again it was reported and again nothing done. The u-bend under the bathroom sink had a leak and would drip on the floor each time you used the sink.... reported and nothing done. The rooms in the paladim need seriously updating. On the plus side the restaurant is excellent and food is great and also the staff in the restaurant are very good friendly and helpful. Sadly its the rooms and unhelpful reception that let's this place down

J'ai passé un séjour magnifique en Algarve. J'ai beaucoup apprécié visiter la région qui est très belle et je suis très satisfait d'avoir choisi cet hôtel, qui est bien situé, propose de jolies prestations, dont le personnel est très accueillant.
