L'appartement était très agréable et très bien situé pour la plage et à quelques pas des bars et des restaurants. Le seul problème était que j'avais laissé mon sac à main avec des cartes, de l'argent et un permis de conduire ainsi qu'une chemise dans l'armoire après environ une heure, j'ai réalisé que je l'avais laissé. derrière Quand j'ai téléphoné tout de suite, on m'a informé que les femmes de ménage ont dit que ce n'était pas là et que la chemise n'était pas là. Je suis très déçu car je sais à 100% qu'ils étaient là, toutes les cartes ont été annulées immédiatement, c'était juste un inconvénient !! J'espère sûrement qu'ils étaient satisfaits du sac à main en cuir et des 70 £ qu'il contenait !!!

Un peu vieillot et le personnel de la réception était aléatoire - certains plus sympathiques que d'autres. Le bar et le snack-bar n'ont jamais rouvert après COVID, donc essentiellement un appartement indépendant avec piscine plutôt qu'un "hôtel". J'ai séjourné en mai et septembre 2022 et aucun problème de nettoyage de la piscine et de notre chambre, si vous souhaitez que vos serviettes soient changées laissez-les par terre et elles seront changées ! Dans une rue calme (à part les fêtards de fin de soirée qui rentrent chez eux au Monica Isabel), 3 petits supermarchés, 2 bars (le Bar Azul propose d'incroyables pizzas à emporter) et le fabuleux restaurant portugais Panacee. 15 minutes à pied de la place ou du ***** ou 5 euros en taxi, la descente raide jusqu'à la plage ne prend que quelques minutes avec des chaises longues allant de 5 à 10 euros par jour en fonction de votre proximité avec un restaurant. Nous adorons ça mais si vous voulez des vacances animées, ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal ! Déjà réservé pour mai 2023

Cet endroit ressemble plus à un appartement avec services hôteliers (et pas très bien en plus) qu'à un hôtel et rien à voir avec la description donnée. Les bonnes choses d'abord - un excellent emplacement (à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et de la nouvelle ville d'Albufeira et à quelques minutes d'une belle plage). Bonne piscine, même si l'eau était toujours froide. Chambres propres mais basiques. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres. Aucune autre installation telle qu'un bar, un snack-bar, des animations n'est disponible. Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas particulièrement sympathiques ou serviables. La piscine n’était même pas ouverte avant 9 heures du matin et ne pouvait donc pas utiliser la piscine ni les transats, car le responsable de la piscine commençait à tout arroser. La description des vacances (d'Easyjet) indiquait catégoriquement que l'hôtel n'acceptait pas les groupes de célibataires, ce qui n'est pas vrai car plusieurs enterrements de vie de garçon séjournent.

Outside first view lovely as soon as you walk in its a 1970 throw back. Photos on website are false there is no bar or restaurant or sunbeds on roof terrace. Also only sunbeds by pool no tables or chairs.our apartment was spacious microwave didn't work kettle plug had burnt out and plug socket in bedroom was hanging off the wall. Bathroom tiles and grout was mouldy. So photos are very misleading

Location was fine. Hotel has potential to be much better than it is. Room was a good size and clean. But honestly felt like we were in an old peoples home or a wake house. Literally no atmosphere what soever. There were bar facilities but was not opened, so no life at all around the public areas. Heavy rain one day knocked all the tvs off and when we enquired at reception were told they needed a box of some sort but couldnt get it. No sorry or any rush or want to do anything about it. Not much you can do on a rainy day here with no tv, bar or entertainment. A bit of background music even in reception would make a bit of a difference. will not be back and won't be sending any of my own customers to it either.

Lovely receptionist, the area this is located is nice, close to the beach about a 15 min walk to the ***** or old town. The room however was average, the room is dirty mainly in corners and under the bed, and had bugs in the bathtub a couple of nights. The balcony is quite big however wish they had an ashtray. The cleaners only cleaned the room once and the 2nd time my friend asked for them to clean they didn’t take the bins out or done the bed so not actually sure if they even cleaned the room. Read that the pool was only open July- September but the pool was open. The Jacuzzi was broken apparently and didn’t actually know where it was. They told us to go to a different hotel went there for them to say the same thing went to the third hotel of theirs which had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Tried to play pool the one night but was blocked by loads of chairs so not sure what that was about. So overall was average but wouldn’t stay here longer than a couple of days.

Stayed here for a week in July 2023. The complex operates only as self catering.. There’s no bar, drinks or food in complex despite having the amenities for same. Some apartments are owned by hotel and owned by private owners. We stayed in apartment owned by private owner. It was on the ground floor. Very clean and airy. Nice sheltered balcony and loads of room to dry clothes. Pool area is clean and loads of sunbeds available. A few tiles missing but nothing too much. It is the perfect location for old town and the beach. You can walk in via the board walk. 10/15 minute walk. Highly recommend.

We went on a three generational holiday booked as an EasyJet holiday. I must admit we were a bit apprehensive before travelling after looking at some less than flattering reviews. However, check-in at the hotel was quick and efficient, the lady at reception was polite. We had three rooms booked, Grandparents got an upgrade from studio to apartment so they were happy. However one member of the party travelling as single was allocated a room on the ground floor that was eye level with swimming pool. We nicknamed it the dungeon. It was a bit smelly, the shower curtain grubby and there was no soap dispenser in the shower room. Security was an issue too, as it looked as if somebody had been in the room, which caused her to ask to be moved after the second night, which reception accommodated. The large pool and the kiddies pools were fine, but there are small tiles coming off. This did not affect out holiday and in no way affected safety. The large slaps around the pool are showing signs of settlement but this again is a minor issue. We did not have to get up a silly o'clock to put towels out on sunbeams - there were always enough. The biggest problem is that it was really hot while we were staying and there are not enough parasols around the pool. The ones that ere there are starting to look a bit tired - splits and holes I them. The room we stayed in was clean, plenty of space. The kitchen has an induction hob, toaster, fridge and all utensils needed for a self-catering holiday - although we didn't use anything apart from the toaster. You have a tea towel but do need to provide own washing up liquid and dishcloth or sponge/scourer. There are cups and saucers for hot drinks, so, in anticipation we took our own mugs, as cups are not big enough. The bed was two singles pushed together. We found this very comfortable with very good pillows. Bath and shower was adequate, plenty of hot water. Balcony had an airer and two chairs and table. These apartments obviously used to do food - "Restaurant" appears in the lifts as an option on floor two. There is now a redundant bar area, a lounge area that nobody uses and a terrace area. There is also a gym - I didn't use it so can't comment on it. This is on the ground floor, level with the pool. It's a real pity that there the bar isn't open for drinks, teas and coffees, soft drinks or poolside snacks. To my mind the management should move the gym up to where the bar used to be, and open a snack bar/bar where the gym is. In saying that there is a snack bar three doors up the hill, and a restaurant, called Panacee (the staff there are fabulous) a minutes walk down the hill. There are "supermercados" selling bread, milk, ice creams, the usual stuff more or less next door. There are two bars immediately next door to the apartments.
