Avis : Holiday Inn Alexandria - Carlyle

We booked this hotel because the in door pool, it has been closed for 4 months is what the staff told us. We knew that the weather wasn’t the greatest. They mentioned it on their website, but didn’t tell Trip.com. Very disappointed.

Room is okay, no heat or cooling, broken, swimming pool has been out of order for four months, there is a notice at the hotel, but not informed to Trip.com This is why I booked this hotel. In the Ad and profile they show a beautiful indoor pool, Large glass building, this is what we thought we are getting, but the staff at hotel told us it has been closed for 4 months, they don’t know if they will reopen ever. This is very misleading. The weather report forecasted thunderstorms, and yes it was bad. I booked two rooms, very disappointed.

The hotel locates in the city center of Alexandria and provides good service. But the hotel is already outdated, and the room facilities are mediocre.

It was great. Accommodations were as stated. My family from out-of-state had a great time.

房間衞生乾淨，床褥舒適，但是附近食肆不多。

視野很好，設施齊全，有微波爐、冰箱，衞生也不錯，不遠處有餐廳和葯店等。前台服務細緻，有問必答。

室內的這個暖氣不是很好，一直冷冷的，問了酒店前台，也調不好。酒店的早餐是點菜的，我定的不含早，所以沒有享用。每天酒店打掃的倒是挺乾淨的，這個要點個贊。

很舊很老的假日酒店，辦理入住的時候大廳一堆黑人和難民似的人。房間有種發黴的味道。賓館前台黑人態度也不好沒耐心。這是這次旅行最差的酒店。太影響假日酒店的名譽。

沒人打掃房間哈哈哈哈，完全自助，看在這個價格就忍了吧。整體還不錯，地理位置還算方便。距離各個地方都很近。

房間設施相對老舊。早餐不錯。服務態度不錯比較耐心。性價比很高
