The New "contactless" concept is actually not a good expérience. When you arrive there is nobody, you have to register yourself online , then download an application that Is actually not working to open the door...so you have to call them to help you. I cant imagine someone that is more than 40 years old going there because we are actually young, have smartphones, not really problems with technology but...we couldnt understand well all the process... They Say that there is a Key to open in case you cant open with the code...but the Key card was not working ... At one point we even manage to get lock inside the room without knowing how to get out...scary. Sorry but a réceptionist at all Times is very very important. We need contact. We are not robots. So i recommend to Book the hotel just in front in the same building where there is someone all the time and with a smile, and i bet that if there is any problems they can help you instead of calling a call center. And they will probably as well give you advice about Alicante, where to go, a Map, a good place to have a drink... There is nothing better than humans to have a good expérience in an hotel...
