Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada in Allepy. Prathibha from guest reception was helpful. We were greeted with welcome drinks and our premium room was wonderful with lake view. They serve complementary tea in the evening ***** with a sunset cruise. On second day, we went on Houseboat cruise. Their houseboat was a standard one with ac which met my expectations. Inside the cruise, we were served a good lunch with Karemeen fry and later even given a room to take rest till the end of the cruise, which was very convenient as we have a one year old baby. Later on the day, we had an amazing experience of ayurvedic massage in their spa. On the third day, Parvathi from the travel desk arranged a wonderful day trip on a hotel cab through which we enjoyed a local trip of the temples and maket places. The behaviour of all the hotel staff and restaurant staff was overwhelming and welcoming. They helped us with baby food every time we requested. The food in the restaurant "World in the pot" is also worth mentioning as it was delicious. On our return journey, we booked a cab through the hotel to drop us at the Kochi airport at a reasonable quote. Overall, we had a very good experience in Allepey with Ramada by Wyndham. Thank you.

Great ambiance ,location can,t be better Food is marvellous ,neat swimming pool And to top it all friendly and well mannered staff . Best holiday experience we have. Proximity to backwater is main advantage we can enter in boat directly through hotels back gate.

Me with family planned to celebrate my mom's and daughter's birthday in Ramada Alleppey.Ms.Seena Zera Jacob,asst.sales manager helped me to organise according to my preferences.The food was so delicious and had a good variety in both veg and non veg.All of us really enjoyed and had a good time there.

The best Stay ever! Unmatched hospitality by the team, never felt that we were away from our home in Mumbai! The egg roast and appams here are to die for! And the mesmerising views from the Royal Cruise houseboat is worth it❤️ The Karimeen served on the houseboat was a perfect blend of flavours In all a must visit hotel

With the exception of one member (Mr Shebin the restaurant manager) we found the remainder of the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. On Tuesday evening 25 February myself and my partner went into the restaurant and asked the manager for the menu after waiting for approximately 10 minutes we asked another member of staff who brought it to us. Again we waited for 10 to 15 minutes and no waiter came so I went to the desk and spoke to a waiter and told them I was unhappy with the service and that we were being ignored. I had even tried to attract the manager's attention but he just disappeared. There was only one other person having a meal at the time so there was no excuse for such bad service. I spoke to the front of the house and asked to speak to the duty manager and was asked what the problem was. I gave the young *** details and he asked for our room number but no-one got back to us. This was bad. The hotel was comfortable, the food was very good and following this incident staff service was excellent. Mrs. Parvati from Travel Desk was very polite and helpful. Ayurvedic massage was a waste of money.

Overall decent hotel to stay with Great Lake views available through some rooms. Good food especially Dal on all the days I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast options are decent. Good play area for kids n family with basketball board available, baddy court and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are of various categories and spaciousness depends on the category that u choose. Boat taxies are available and can be booked by hotel people only or u can book it directly at the boat taxi stand. If u travelling from Kochi airport to resort or vice Versa please keep 2.5 hrs as travel time due to certain work going on NH. Overall good hotel to stay with family !!
