Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards.
Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark.
The location of the hotel is great though.
Difficult to recommend.

The hotel is a bit old and for a 4 stars hotel you would expect better quality. The breakfast is not great. However, the staff is super helpfull.

Hal yangbpaling bagus dari hotel ini adalah lokasi. Kamar nya juga ok di dalam hangat jadi enak untuk melepas penat. Kamarmandi bersih dan air hangat sangat kencang. Jika aku berlibur ke almaty lagi aku akan menginap di sini lagi

非常復古的酒店，房間的給人的感覺如同回到了上世紀90年代。地理位置優越，距離地鐵站300m，旁邊有超市，打車到機場大概50分鐘。早餐還可以有麪包粥香腸雞蛋煎蛋牛奶酸奶乾果，酸奶很好喝，但是咖啡是速溶的。房間每天都在打掃，但是我住了三天衹給了我一瓶水，似乎應該每天放一瓶比較合理。

시설은 좀 낡았습니다. 특히 TV와 에어컨이 별로였습니다.
위치는 대형 쇼핑몰인 포름이 근처에 있어서 나쁘지 않았습니다. 아침은 그런대로 괜찮았습니다.

位置挺好，繁華市區，離國家大劇院很近，吃飯購物很方便，四星級酒店。房間不大，帶有陽台，佈局合理，住着舒服。被套在床上疊好放着，自己去了套被子。攜程訂房間時明確顯示到付尾款15元人民幣，但到賓館登記住宿時前台堅持收1300哈幣，合人民幣20多，語言溝通不暢，翻譯軟件也説不明白，最後還是付了1300哈幣，不懂為什麼。早餐還行，可能是當地飲食吧，有點不習慣。總之體驗還可以，除了前台有個小夥子冰冷的面部表情。
