« Great location, many parking space in-front of the hotel. Request to change the first room given to me because it was near to the lift and i can hear people talking and walking around. The front desk let me change to the room at the end of the corridor. But soundproof system is not good. Still can hear people talking and other sound. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable. »

« I had a really pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. « The hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests. »

« I had a good stay at StarCity Hotel in Kedah. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and places to eat.
Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Parking was easy and safe.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service. I would stay here again.

« Hotel cleanliness is ok. But first room I checked in got aircond problem. So hotel changed our room. But my partner was trapped in the washroom. The lock stuck. Luckily I was there to inform the management.
They manage to force open the washroom door. It’s an old hotel. But breakfast was good »

« A pretty good hotel overall! The location is convenient — there are food options on both sides, so finding something to eat is easy. There’s even a Mixue (ice cream & drinks) nearby, which is super convenient for a quick treat. Great for a short stay or a transit stop. Recommended! »

KKaren318This is my second time stay with this hotel and this round tried a different type of room. The room is very nice and I like it so much. Only things is a bit noisy due to the room is facing the road. Others than that everything is fine to me here😊

NNurhidayahThis was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers.
I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!

YYRUC4IStayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling.
The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much.
Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving.
One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay.
All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!

AAzlanismaillCheck-in was smooth, although the staff did not give a particularly warm welcome. The hotel requires a RM100 deposit and has a policy of not allowing outside food or drinks, which I found unusual especially since many established hotels like Hilton/Marriott allow food delivery without issue.
The room itself was spacious, but it felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Some of the wallpaper was already torn. Cleanliness could also be improved, as I found hair in the bathtub, and the towels were in poor condition and should be replaced.
Overall, it was a decent stay at a good price, but the hotel would benefit greatly from refurbishment and stricter attention to cleanliness.

KKeodihetseng PortiaThe owner is really accommodating and kind. I overstayed by two hours and he only charged me 20RM. He was helpful with finding places around. The hotel is okay for the price, nothing fancy. It does have an air con, tv, towels and body soap. I’d suggest you bring your own toilet paper and toiletries. Good for overnight stay. The WiFi is excellent. There’s a big mall nearby, you can walk or take a Grab. Thank you.
